Fantastic experience: I am not a fan of working out. At least, I wasn't until we started working with Shawn. Now, I look forward to our sessions. My goal was to feel stronger and to learn more about lifting weights - this has been accomplished and then some. Shawn takes the time to explain the exercises and makes sure that they aren’t exacerbating our existing injuries. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Wiefit for 1 on 1 personal training. The team took time to understand what my goals/focus were for the session, made recommendations based upon that. During the training session I felt that everything was explained and demonstrated perfectly so that I understood proper form and technique (this is my biggest struggle). I would recommend Wiefit to anyone, no matter where you are at in your personal fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: So this is to a response I read that only gave them 1 star. I found Wiefit through a person at work. I did go to the free seminar that they offer. The seminar was very informative. I decide to join up. I was never pushed to buy any of their products. I chose to buy my protein powder through them even though you could buy on Amazon. I have lost 80+ pounds working with Brian. I started out at 39% body fat i am down below 20%. I would encourage anyone looking for help to give them a try and do it for at least 8 weeks. I would be happy to talk person to person about them.
