Fantastic experience: ILKB is an amazing place to get a great workout and have fun! The music has a great beat that keeps you motivated along with excellent staff that will push you to get better and better each day! I've been coming for a year and have improved so much mentally and physically! The facility is very clean with lockers for your belongings. The trial is a great deal because you get your beginner gloves and an instructor works with you through the whole class. They are very knowledgeable about proper form and how to modify if you have an injury or can't do the full exercise yet. Definitely recommend getting in here for the best "fun" workout of your life!
