Fantastic experience: HABIT is my go-to! Whether it's the group classes with Jalen or the private sessions with Tony, you are guaranteed to get an amazing workout. They push you mentally but also take care and listen to your body and your needs. Not only that the environment is equally part rugged, fun, and inspiring. For the last 1.5 years, HABIT has been my home and I don't see myself ever leaving. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a workout, a good time, good people, and a good community.
