Fantastic experience: There is a very large variety of weight machines, free weights, elliptical, bikes, etc. You can hire a personal trainer. The facility is attached to a clinic that offers a masseuse, chiropractor, physical trainers, a doctor and nurses. Have been going there for over 5 years and I love it.
