Fantastic experience: Aaron was my coach at the time, about two years ago. Came in a size 10, three months later a size 4. Lost inches so quickly in a healthy way! He was always professional, worked with me on my schedule, and educated me on things I didn't understand. Every time I would go without the training it was always kept clean and never had any issues with anyone else as in people being loud or uncalled for.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Small but offers all equipment you need for a good workout. They even offer group classes as well. Great for a pre-work morning workout with their locker room facilities. Location is fun and urban. Definately reccomend.

Fantastic experience: I work in Corpus once in awhile from MD, great small weight training club. $10 for the day which is better than most places. Got everything you need for a good workout. I came when it wasn’t super busy but I am very happy with everything, great friendly staff as well. I’ll be back

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out. Not too crowded and love the the equipment there. Very laid back environment where everyone is cool with each other. Since the location is downtown I love to run by the sea walk to the gym depending on the weather. Never had I had an issue with the gym or the people who go there. This gym also offers free workout classes at certain times, you can't beat that!

I have trained at gyms such as Bally’s and LA Fitness….and independently ….So I know just a bit more than average Joe when it comes to a gym... I scouted this area for almost 3 months before I settled on a gym I could say I would train at……Not only are the regulars more than courteous….You never know whom is going to walk through the door….I have seen several shakers and movers come through the door…..and they are very down to earth and don’t act as though they own the place……Its always clean… even during the busy times…….staff Is very at tentative and not pushy……There are several Trainers in and out throughout the day..and will answer your questions….and not try to make a sale unless you ask……..Its rare you find this……and major credit whomever did the interior design………tkelectric75

I love the training/crossfit area being separate from the main gym. And the classes they provide are great! The location of the gym itself is wonderful, easily accessible & 24 hours a day. Can't beat that!

Fantastic experience: All Good Fitness is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever worked out at. It wasn't crowded, they offered towels, and for a gym that size it was awesome that they had a sauna. I recommend this gym to anyone who lives or works in the area.

Fantastic experience: incredible gym I workout pretty often and it had every piece of equipment I needed and all the equipment was in good working order and also the gym was very clean including the bathrooms and showers 5 stars!!!

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere! Always able to hop on my favorite equipment without a wait. Perfect location downtown. Rooftop yoga on Tuesday/Thursday nights & Saturday mornings has been a fabulous addition to the gym's amenities! Keep up the awesome work!
