Gold's Gym Corpus Christi South Staples

Fantastic experience: This gym is an excellent facility it has a huge assortment of free weights, functional training, isolated machines,and the classes are awesome!!! My trainer , Guy , is the most motivating person I have ever met !! Great results, Great people, Great atmosphere!!!

Fantastic experience: Very nice facility, staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. it can get busy during peak times but they have lots of equipment and alternatives if you are looking for a specific piece of equipment.

Fantastic experience: Good environment and people, with a decent amount of machines. Doesn’t get to crowded if you like working out between 7am-2pm.

Fantastic experience: Great facility, reasonable price, and Gavyn is a phenomenal trainer. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply become more active, I highly recommend booking with him. He’s incredibly encouraging and pushes you just the right amount to where you’re impressed with what you’re able to do! 10/10 having Gavyn as my trainer is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Quality Greta gym, half the people complaining don’t listen when they sign up. Gym clearly stated about a 30 days notice that’s gotta be given to cancel in person when I signed.

Fantastic experience: Came for the variety of clean gym equipment, stayed because of the staff! By far the cleanest, and non judgmental gym I've been to in Corpus. The staff is always there to help explain the equipment. The classes are high energy with fun instructors. The front desk staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. The cleaning staff is always working! The personal training gets you results! I cannot recommend John enough! He is supportive, but pushes you to be your best. I look forward to my workouts with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and can target muscles you didn't even know existed. From beginners to experts, a training session with John would greatly benefit anyone! He tailors workouts to your body, ability and goals! The only negative thing..... their pool is closed....

Fantastic experience: Gold's has all the equipment you could want/need. The staff has always been friendly and heloful with any questions. They wipe down all the equipment and restrooms, I believe twice a day.There are sanitizer machines on the walls all around gym. I highly recommend Gold's Gym!!

Fantastic experience: After Flex Fit closed I started coming to Gold’s gym, and since then they added all new treadmills, and barbells. Golds Gym has a lot of space, tons of equipment and great childcare!

The people there are super nice, very informative when signing up for a membership, they tell you they automatically take out the costs of the membership bi-weekly so you're paying 20 dollars every two weeks, not a big deal at all and it makes it a lot easier! Trainers are great and I highly recommend this gym.
