Fantastic experience: Wow. Probably the nicest gym I have seen at a Navy base. They have everything in huge spaces. There is a nice family room as well for working out with your kids, bring toys though since it is pretty empty.

Fantastic experience: The gym at North Island is the best gym I've ever been too. All the equipment and weights are there for you. Olympic size pool, S Squat racks, platforms, free weights, cardio equipment, 3 full court basketball courts, etc. You name it, they have it. I personally like working out side where they have all sorts of equipment for CrossFit style workouts. Come check it out.

Fantastic experience: A good sized indoor gym with a lot of different workout stations available. I love how the cardio is on a separate floor. The basketball courts are always kept in clean condition. The outdoor workout area has the basic necessities for a good functional fitness workout. The fields are always kept up to clean conditions as well. The staff is always welcoming when you walk in and friendly when communicating.

Fantastic experience: Great gym to visit on base; they have a family fitness room for the little ones while you work out bear by.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing bad to say about this gym. It is by far the cleanest gym I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and there is a lot of good equipment. The whole upstairs is dedicated to cardio and pool is great on a hot summer day. Did I mention they do fitness classes as well?!

Fantastic experience: My review is going to be based off the personal training I’ve received. My trainer Jonathon, an army veteran, has absolutely turned my life around. I started training sessions with him January 2020. I was completely out of shape and terrified of 99% of the gym. He worked with my anxiety & made a workout plan that worked specifically for me every day. It mostly started off with cardio & HITT since I was terrified of entering the weights section. Slowly he started introducing weights into my routine & 1 year later I’m doing dead lifts, smith machine squats and using about 98% of the gyms equipment. I’m happy this service is extended to dependents & know my husband who is over seas is so proud of me for over coming a huge fear of mine. Thank you Jonathon for believing in me.

Fantastic experience: Basketball court is huge. Got 3 full courts. Has alot of equipment and the dumbells go up past 100 to about 150 I think. Cardio upstairs and a nice pool outside.

Lady its a gym that is free be lucky you have a family room and the ladys that work there are super nice and polite to everyone i see them talk to
