Fantastic experience: I really enjoy the F45 workouts here in Coronado. Every class is completely different making it extremely challenging. The trainers are awesome and they make sure that our form is correct. I’m very satisfied and am already feeling and seeing results.

Fantastic experience: Amazing coaches and facility. I love the location on B Ave and 10th in Coronado. It is open and bright with easy parking. The coaches are great and always check in with any existing or current injuries. I have a herniated disc and I go at my own pace. I haven’t had any flare ups and they always offer modifications for the exercise sets. I feel myself getting stronger and stronger which had helped my existing injury tremendously. They take Covid precautions very seriously and were closed for quite awhile due to lock downs. The gym is very clean with temperature checks and hand sanitizer stations. The workout stations are spaced out and classes limited during Covid, the areas and equipment are sanitized after every class. The coaches are all very motivating and give personalized attention and encouragement. Music selection is awesome as well. I can’t say enough about F45 Coronado. I hope to see you there!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality This gym gave us a great workout while we were in town for the weekend. In addition to making sure everything was clean, the staff were both super friendly while helping us maintain proper form! Kristel and Sam both were rockstars and we look forward to going back there next time we are in Coronado!

Fantastic experience: I was pretty intimidated going in and boy was I WRONG! I feel SUPER WELCOME at F45 Coronado. Not only do they greet me by name but they are aware of my body's limitations and always offer modifications so I can participate in every station and feel confident that I won't get hurt but still get a quality workout in. I'm so glad I decided to join! *Ask about a Military Discount.

Fantastic experience: Join this gym! You will have zero regrets. All the trainers are upbeat and knowledgeable. If you ever feel uncomfortable doing a certain movement, they always have modifications. They stress the importance of warming up and cooling down, something I need to be reminded of during a good workout. The music is fun, the other members are friendly, and the gym is always clean. Coming to workout at F45 in Coronado is the highlight of my day!

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal team and classes- the coaches take time and truly get to know each individual. Can’t recommend enough. Besides, it’s next to the pizza spot so it’s strategically placed.

Fantastic experience: Joined about a month ago and absolutely love this studio!! I’ve done F45 before but this studio is different, one of the best to me. The coaches are amazing and really help you focus on your form. Try functional workouts! Not to mention they’re always pushing me to add more weight, do more reps. Really takes my workouts to the next level. I’ve already noticed I’ve gotten stronger and some of my injuries have gotten so much better from these workouts :)

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to start. First of all, amazing and friendly coaches. They always push and motivate you and I’m grateful for that. The community here is amazing, friendly and always pushing and supporting each other no matter what your fitness background is. The studio is always clean, following and maintaining covid protocols. Safety and health is always a priority. F45 Coronado is a place where you can meet new friends, workout and at the same time have fun. If you’re looking for a challenge and feel stronger and meet your personal fitness goals. Definitely give it a try or even better, JOIN and have a blast.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for about a month and I am so happy with my decision to join. The staff and coaches are AMAZING! They bring the energy on mornings when I’m struggling. They support me all the way through my last rep. They hold me accountable each day I show up and for that I’m grateful! I’ve never found a gym where I get exited to go each day even when it’s bright and early. The community they are creating is what Coronado has been needing! Incredibly grateful for the F45 team! The workouts are challenging and different each day which is something I love about this gym. There’s progressions in every exercise so you have the ability to make it harder or easier. Fantastic experience: When I first saw that F45 was opening on Coronado, I was soooo excited. I’ve been wanting to try it for so long and it definitely did not disappoint! The workouts are awesome and the coaches are motivating and knowledgeable about proper form. I haven’t been this challenged in a workout class EVER, and I feel like I’ve become stronger than ever before. As a military member, I also appreciate that the staff is understanding about schedule changes and cancellations. If you live on Coronado and are the slightest bit interested in F45, I highly recommend trying it. You won’t regret it!!!
