Positive experience: Great Zumba and Spin Classes. Equipment really needs to be updated. The instructors are super! I love coming here just for the classes if nothing else.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym with plenty of equipment for whatever you need to work on. Staff is very friendly. Gym had a very nice sauna, pool, and locker rooms.

Fantastic experience: Great place to come get in an exercise. Plenty of machines, access to the building after hours and during holidays if you decide to get the extra $10 key fob, sauna to sweat a little extra after a good workout, tanning beds available and they every have classes and a pool, the also offer day care while you exercise.

Fantastic experience: Love that the classes are included in on gym membership, and that you don’t have to pay extra. 24/7 access to gym, only $5 to bring a friend. We have the family membership which is totally worth it, ages 9 and above can exercise and attend classes. Zumba with Steph is a great workout, and she makes you feel welcome and comfortable being there.
