Fantastic experience: This gym is a nice a well equipped gym with a lot of equipment that’s well maintained by a great staff. I highly recommend Michelle because she she has stellar customer service and has a hilarious sense of humor that keeps me and other customer motivated. Moreover, I think the only caveat here’s I’d say is that the indoor is closed, I know that would level up the competition even more against the adjacent gyms.

Positive experience: I was intimidated because its Golds gym and didnt know if I would feel comfortable in my body and all... the staff was polite and there was alot of people but I didn't get you don't belong vibes. After a few minutes I got into my zone and people started disappearing. I enjoyed it and look forward to more workouts. The gym was also clean, restrooms clean and many sanitation areas to clean machines. Only wish would be that stayed open late. But for now it works.

Fantastic experience: Love the gym. Just wish it was a tad bigger as it gets packed at times and majority of the equipment is maintained and sometimes it breaks down (of course it's to be expected) but it has every piece of equipment for a complete exercise routine. Sometimes you have to make due for what's available though. ) For $25 month you get full access to the gym equipment. Good price.

Fantastic experience: Clean and not ghetto like Killeen. Prices are not as bad as people make it to be. You get what you pay for. Cheap ain't always good and good ain't always cheap.

Fantastic experience: Overall a positive experience. It was not terrible crowded at 5pm, and you could get on a machine quickly enough. The staff was also efficient.

Customer service is excellent and I love love the cleanliness, all the right equipment, clean huge sauna, locker room is huge and so clean! People at the gym is great too! They are very considerate and there to workout .

Fantastic experience: From cheap prices, to great equipment, Golds has it all. With a month to month membership you never have to worry about contracts. The gym is always clean, and there more than enough room even at the busiest times. I've never had to weight more than 5 minutes to get a bench or spit on the cables.

Fantastic experience: I once put a poor review because of one staff person. However, she has changed a lot for the better. I must first start off by saying that I am extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this gym. It is extremely difficult to keep a gym clean and pandemic made it worse. The manager Paul has become a good friend that I can talk to at any given time. The staff has become more focused on the customer. Their are plenty of machines to choose from. This is my home away from home.

Fantastic experience: Before I joined, I had a preconceived idea of the type of people that joined a Gold's Gym. What I found out from my complimentary visit is that I was totally wrong. The members of this gym are from all walks of life, and courteous to each other. I thought it would be full of physically fit body builder types, and I was wrong. This gym has members ranging from young 20somethings to members in their 60's. Great environment, and fantastic staff. I recommend this gym if you are looking for a place to work out.

Fantastic experience: pool, sauna, and kid care are closed due to covid, but plenty of equipment here to use and now crowded like on pist

Fantastic experience: Very clean. Great staff, they're very helpful and always nice. Great selection of equipment. I like to do cardio and power lifting and they've got all my needs met. Pre Corona, they had a great pool.

Fantastic experience: Just signed up and visited for the first time today. The gentleman who signed me up yesterday was friendly, helpful, and well informed about memberships and policies. I signed up for access to the pool mostly. On my way to the pool I noticed the rest of the gym was very clean. The pool was great. It is only two lanes but at 8:30 on a Saturday morning there was no one else in it. Water was clear with just enough chlorine scent to let you know it was clean. Glad I decided to sign up and I look forward to my next work out.

Fantastic experience: It’s clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, I take my fitness journey serious so what it costs doesn’t really bother me. However I didn’t sign up there I signed up in Houston so I don’t know what everyone else is paying. My wife likes the kids club here as well. The ladies take good care of the kids and are patient with my child who has some separation issues. Killeen Golds is 4 min from my house and I still drive 15 min to Cove Golds because I like it better. Having another platform for deadlifts (it’s occupied 80% of the time I go)would be helpful though that would be my only complaint so far and I been going there for a year now.

Fantastic experience: I really like this gym its a family atmosphere and the staff is very nice and also helpful if you need any advice by far the beat gym I've been to in many years. And my daughter loves the kids center

Fantastic experience: I live 4 min from Killeen Golds and I still drive 15 min to the Copperas Cove Golds. I prefer it so much over the Killeen location and so does my daughter. I’m very picky about child care and who watches my child. I’ve never had an issue here with the care givers. My daughter runs in and enjoys playing here while I get my work out in. I’ve been a golds member for several years and been attending golds Cove for over a year. They messed up my billing once and was a bit of a headache to get settled mainly because of headquarters, but it was ultimately handled. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility is well kept and clean. I would recommend this facility to anyone and Anthony as a PT!

Fantastic experience: Nicely set up gym, every time I go it is never too busy. Price is very affordable and you can upgrade for different options. Friendly and knowledgeable staff willing to help out with membership issues. Military friendly and allow you an option to put your account on hold or cancel if you deploy. Kids corner is very convenient so you van get a workout for two hours and know your child is just around the corner.

Fantastic experience: Literally have never been treated so nicely by gym staff people here just wanna lift weights and shoot the stuff it’s one of the nicest gyms I’ve ever been to

Fantastic experience: Gold's gym is not what it used to be, and for me that's a good thing. It's no longer an intimidating place fill of people already in shape and very muscular. There are still plenty of body builders working out there, but now there are many more "regular" people just trying to lose weight. They have wonderful trainers who are very helpful. Ask for Kathy. She has helped me tremendously. They have different levels of membership to suit your needs. Basic membership gives you access to free classes such as Body Pump, Gold's Burn, Zumba, and many others. They also have Aqua Fitness and Aqua Zumba available for everyone regardless of membership level. Locker rooms are kept very clean. Pool and hot tub are also very clean.

Fantastic experience: I used to hate the gym and was never consistent until I hired Alex Knies to be my trainer, and I couldn't be happier. He has given me confidence to go in there and bust through the crazy workout he designed for me and I'm so grateful. The men behind the desk are super friendly and always helpful as well. I still dread some days, but being more informed and pushed by Alex has been amazing. Hire a trainer! Oh and the place is way cleaner than Killeen Golds

Fantastic experience: This location has honestly earned five stars. The staff here are very friendly, and very helpful. For the most part the go beyond to help you with just about anything they can. I have never had a problem with this location, very clean, well maintained, and great staff. I do not do personal training, but for what I can see, and have been told by others. Their training is great. Equipment is very reliable, and clean as well. Water fountains work, bathrooms are clean, and never trashed. The pool is better than anything else local. Plenty of equipment, even during the busy hours. The atmosphere is very nice as well. Again I have never had a problem here, and I doubt that you will either.

Fantastic experience: Execellent facility, super clean, and so many machines to choose from! Staff is super friendly but can be spread thin at times. Locker rooms have a sauna, and they even have a pool! Can be a bit pricey but I say its worth it. They have free classes and even a kid spot. Love the fact that they have a store too.

Fantastic experience: Great environment, VERY helpful employees. Delila was very helpful in enrolling my family into the gym. She helped me understand how to use the machines and gave me an overall workout plan to stick to. The only thing I would change is having the weight lifting section bolted down so people can actually get in between benches to use them correctly.

Fantastic experience: It's not as crowded as other gyms in the area and it's very clean. Trainers will offer assistance and help with any questions may have.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, the manager Justin has a professional staff. The trainer Jammar, Kendra, and JennyLynn are incredible. I have worked JennyLynn for over a year with great results that includes strength and muscle mass increases which is hard for an experienced lifter. Jammar was great during JennyLynn's leave of absence from training. He challenged developed a challenging program for me during our session that increased MaxVo2 and decreased BF. Kendra is a champion competitor and has years of experience. They all actually are Champion competitors. Golds Copperascove has the best trainer period in the Central Texas area. I am currently studying for my NASM personal training certification and would not spend money on a unqualified trainer with clients that look the same after a couple of months of training. The above 3 all have improved clients as well as being easy to understand during explanations of the exercises. The others may be good but these are my old faithful recommendations. The front desk...new. Joseph is very welcoming to get you off to a great start on your work out. Parking is available all the time never crowded, no hyper aggressive Alpha Males...stop by and see Justin. The equipment is different from the Killeen Gym which equals gainz city.

Fantastic experience: I work out here instead of the Killeen Gold's. Better staff, better crowd, and a more open gym. I don't feel like I'm walking into a converted warehouse here like some gyms because of all the natural lighting.

Fantastic experience: Poor customer service! Arrived at the gym at 0815 to use my free pass and sign up for a membership only to be told by the man at the desk that I can't do that until 0900. I asked if I could start my workout and when the sales people arrive I will do the necessary paperwork. His response was "no", it has to be "approved", however I could pay $15 to workout for the 45min until 0900. No thanks!!!! You just lost a customer! *** I have changed my initial rating to now reflect "5 stars". The GM (Justin) reached out to me and the initial issue has been resolved. justin has bent over bCkwards to ensure that I am happy and satisfied with the gym. I have since enrolled and could not be happier! The gym is clean, as are the machines, the staff is friendly.... and those classes, WOW!!!!!! Thanks for truly caring about your customers!!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a great variety of things to do, whether its free weights or crossfit, if you're bringing your kid to child care, if definitely make sure Delilah is working, my kids absolutely love her

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at this gym and I haven't worked out in forever but it was a good experience, everything was clean and there were alot of options. Also the staff were really great. Especially Kenya, from the moment I walked in I felt welcome. Great gym, thanks guys!
