Spring Fitness Montgomery

Positive experience: The gym itself is fine until you try to cancel your membership, that's when things get RIDICULOUS! my fault for not paying attention to the contact, i thought was a 1 year contract but apparently its 3. so i can either pay $30 a month until the time is up or pay 80% of my remaining balance which is the ridiculous amount of $500. Ha! that's not happening! so I'm going to investigate on what I can do about this......

Fantastic experience: Great gym. People are friendly and its never crowded. Equipment is in great shape and always clean.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. I did a 3 day fitness pass and the lady at the front desk (dory) was super friendly. She didn’t make me feel pressured or offer to give us a long tour. I will be joining here!

Fantastic experience: Great gym in Montgomery! Tom, the owner, is a great guy, and very helpful. You'll see him working out in the gym and giving personal training sessions, and he's taken the time to give me a few tips on my form. The variety of the machines is awesome, and you really get your money's worth out of the free weights area as well. I think a good testament to the quality of the gym is how incredibly fit a lot of the regulars are, and the progress you see the newcomers making. TLDR: A fantastic gym with great staff, awesome owner who knows his stuff, and a variety of weights and machines that uses the space to maximum advantage.

Fantastic experience: Calm environment, clean, child care teachers are sweet, nice equipment (not all rusted like 24), not overcrowded like other gyms, average price, group classes kick my butt, friendly staff, and good music. Over all our family is happy with our Spring Fitness (Montgomery) experience.
