Maximum Athletics - Gymnastics Conroe

Fantastic experience: My youngest daughter is a team gymnast and absolutely loves maximum, coach Dana is the best! My middle daughter does tumbling and as her first time she is so excited about it, coach frank is great with her . when you walk in to see Mrs Lori it definitely feels like home. As a mom thats been to 4 different gyms nothing is better knowing your children are with people you feel are like family!

Fantastic experience: Best summer camps around! 9-3 all week. My kids love it. The camp staff, coaches, and Ms. Lori up front are amazing! Props to coach Wes for his trip to Walmart!

Fantastic experience: Our kids have great times here on Open Gym Friday Nights. My youngest 2 children have learned a lot from the great coaches here.

Fantastic experience: We LOVE Maximum Athletics. My daughter has been attending classes here since 2020. All of the coaches, including Coach Wes and Coach Emily, are encouraging. They are always there for every student to help them grow, learn and do their best. Lori in the front office is always amazing and helpful with any issues or questions we might have. Again We LOVE Maximum Athletics!!

Fantastic experience: My family (2 boys and 1 girl) have been coming to Maximum in Conroe for several years. After being posted overseas for a little while, my children couldn’t wait to get enrolled again. This past session, my daughter also took a cheer class elsewhere, but during the recent fall enrollment she asked if she could instead swap that other class for an additional one at Maximum. My kids feel at home here. Even though we aren’t on the competitive track, my children benefit from a welcoming and familiar staff that know each of them individually. This is particularly valuable to us, because we nearly always represent in the minority. Relationships really go a long, long way. And our kids have a BLAST.

Fantastic experience: We love Maximum Athletics. My daughter started gymnastics classes about a year ago and now enjoys competitive gymnastics. She started with the homeschool classes which were super fun and we just love Coach Dana. All of the coaches are fantastic. They genuinely love their students and always help them to succeed. Fantastic experience: This gym has high standards for both their athletes and parents. My daughter is on the JO gymnastics team with Coach Dana(she's the best!) this team is very diverse and the gym as a whole is equally diverse. The coaches are all focused on teaching, enhancing, and recognizing the skills of each athlete. Coach Wes, Coach Frank, Coach Dana, and Lori keep this gym running like clockwork. There are classes for people of all income levels here.

Fantastic experience: I've been taking the adult classes for a few months now and love what we've been doing. The facility has been greatly taken care of, things are regularly cleaned, the equipment is kept in really good condition, and working with the coaches has been incredible. The coaches are very motivating, are encouraging and have challenged me with every desired skill. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is curious what gymnastics is all about or anyone who is looking for a fun and consistent way to be active. Coach Kristy is the best!

Fantastic experience: My two girls have been going to Maximum for over two years. They have fantastic coaches and programs. When you are a part o Maximum you feel like you are part of "THE" family. Earlier this year I experinced an extreme accident that had an impact on my children and my wife. I received support and prayers from many. But was so uplifited by the support shown by Maximum Athletics and its staff. Special thanks goes out to Coach Wes, but it is hard not to give hugs to the rest of the staff, so hugs and prayers for you all!!

Fantastic experience: My two preschool aged girls look forward to their classes here every week! They have fun but also learn a lot... and they both adore coach David. He is seriously one of the best coaches I've seen for young children.

Fantastic experience: My daughter Ashlynn has been going to Maximum for a couple years now. She started out in recreation gymnastics and tumbling and advanced to being on the Excel Team. We have absolutely adored Coach David for her recreation classes and Coach Frank and Coach Amy while she was on preteam/team.

Fantastic experience: We have triplets + 1. The boys do Ninja Warrior and our girl does tumbling. They have loved every second. Coach David, Coach Braden and Coach Keanu are our favorite coaches. Will definitely be returning for the Fall Classes!

Fantastic experience: My daughter loves Maximum! She went to Gymnastics camp this summer and had a blast. Now she's in Ninja Warrior class with Coach Keanu. She thinks he is the coolest ever! He's so positive and encouraging, and he does awesome flips! Very happy with our experience so far

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I both started gymnastics classes last month. Coach Mikaela is very patient with my daughter and has taught her so much in the short time we’ve been coming! She is so excited to go to class and so sad to leave! I am taking the adult gymnastics class with Coach Wes! He’s awesome! The class is very encouraging and filled with people of all skill levels. Coach Wes works each station to accommodate each skill level and helps everyone push past their limits and accomplish more at every class! I have loved every minute of it!

Fantastic experience: I am so proud to have found maximum athletics in Conroe for my daughter. She wants to be a cheerleader in eighth grade so we are taking the tumbling classes. Coach Wes has been a stellar coach. He pays attention to each girl as they are doing their different activities, he critiques them and give them positive reinforcement on how to become better. My daughter moved up to level III and I knew in my heart I only wanted Coach Wes to be with her and guide her. My daughter has also had other coaches who are awesome. From the minute you open the front door until your child gets back into the gym everyone is positive and enthusiastic and very professional. I recommend this gem to everyone. I believe they have at least five different types of classes to offer as well. Pam B.

Fantastic experience: We have been with Maximum for almost 6 years. Not only do the coaches build strength, they build discipline and character. They build their self confidence not only in the gym but in every day activities. Coach Frank is great with the older kids and is always there to encourage them if they fall. David is great with the younger ones teaching them their skills for the next level.

Fantastic experience: We love everyone at the Conroe location. My daughter loves her coach Mackenzie, and loves the front desk manager Lori, who occasionally sells her the packaged cookies when the vending machine is not working. Thank you Coach Mackenzie for teaching and coaching my daughter in such a sweet, helpful, and patient manner. We cannot wait until she can do all the flips and "cool tricks" that she is so so excited to learn.

Fantastic experience: We started Maximum Conroe this summer and are so pleased with our first 3 months. The office is friendly and helpful. The coaches are GREAT! Coach Amy and Coach Frank have helped develop our daughters skill level quite a bit in such a short time. I would definitely recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to take a moment to thank Maximum Athletics for offering your Back Handspring Clinic. This clinic was beyond my expectations and was a exactly what my daughter needed. Her back handspring has been her arch nemesis for so long. Mostly out of fear of hurting herself. But we couldn’t seem to help her overcome this. Within the first hour Coach Casey had her doing her first round-off back handspring without spotting….ever! Blows my mind! She was so elated! So, thank you to the Maximum coaching team for the outstanding work that you all do, but also the genuine encouragement that my daughter feels each and every time we visit.

The past 2 years she switched to just a tumbling class and Zach has been her coach. She has learned so much and has gained so much confidence in her tumbling skills.
