Fantastic experience: This is the gym where i was introduced to Brazilian jiu jitsu. People come here for many reasons and those who stop by will quickly find out why many of us stay for years to come. Here i lost lots of weight, gained strength, confidence and learned self defense. I feel safer at work, the store and taking my family out on weekends. To top it off i met amazing people that quickly became my family. Walking in to this gym was easily one of the best decisions of my life.

Fantastic experience: At first it may be a little difficult but man it's worth every minute of it I love it and the people there and the classes are always technical so great way to learn the sport give it a try. Also would love to thank the coaches they are great trainers they will help get any level you wana be with the motivation anything is possible.

Coach Matt is extremely knowledgeable, patient, Great at explaining things when you don’t understand it, and overall a great teacher. The classes are very constant, and always fun. The training is intense, but in the best way possible!

Fantastic experience: Presa BJJ is a great school. I really love the familial atmosphere here. Matt Wilson is a great instructor who cares about his students on and off the mats. There are various other martial art classes being offered. I also made lifetime friends while training here.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best Jiu Jitsu academy in Conroe. Matt the head instructor has a way of teaching his patient yet aggressive Jiu Jitsu style sobthat everyone can understand it. He is also great with helping people build off of there own unique styles instead of expecting everyone to develop his style. If you are looking to get in shape or learn how to defend yourself then Presa is the place to be. Also Carl heads up the kids program and has plenty of back up to help out no matter how many kids come. The kids program is the biggest in Conroe and mostly because of Carl’s patients and instruction with kids.
