Everyone there is so friendly my first day I was kinda nervous but as I was struggling to finish the workout the other members in the class started cheering me on like we were a team it was just so awesome!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t put into words how amazing this box is. The coaches are absolutely incredible. They are very knowledgeable and involved the whole class ACTUALLY coaching and making sure you are safe and getting the most out of each workout. I have learned soo much in a short period of time because the coaching is so great. The community of people are also so supportive and encouraging. If you want one hell of a workout, to have fun, competition, learn new skills, and become an all around better athlete, this is the place for you.

I was some one who knew nothing about lifting and working out so when I started coming I was really nervous but everyone was so welcoming and the coaches are so amazing at what they do and have taught me so much.

Fantastic experience: BEST CrossFit experience I have ever had. Out of several others I have attended in the past, Bombshell CrossFit in Conroe is absolutely-hands-down superior in every way. All of the coaches genuinely want to help you succeed and although I am a fairly new member I am already seeing progress towards my fitness goals! Super welcoming and clean environment. I will continue to be a member for years to come.

Fantastic experience: What an awesome CrossFit Box!!! Jen Foret has really made this place shine!! I dropped in at the 05:15 class today while in town. Amanda was incredible coaching us through a tough workout! The equipment it top notch and in great shape and the facilities are excellent!! All go the athletes in the Rooster Crew were warm and welcoming. I especially enjoyed partnering with Oscar who is a fellow distinguished (fine masters) athlete!! Had a great time!! Drop in and check them out! You will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: I have been to many different CrossFit gyms in the area. This one stands out for cleanliness and coaching. Everything in this box is cleaned and sanitized, and I love the coaching staff and the programming. Since joining Bombshell, I have achieved so many new gymnastics skills I thought I would never be able to do, and my lifting form has tremendously improved. What a great group of coaches and athletes. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I started at Bombshell almost a year ago and it was the best decision ever! The coaching is amazing. All of the coaches are incresible at helping you learn and execute moves at whatever level you are at. And the culture of the Box is so Encouraging and uplifting. Everyone is always cheering for you to do your best and celebrates when you accomplish goals big or small. If you are looking for a great workout with an amazing fitness community, you found the perfect place!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great coaches, and great community. One of the cleanest boxes I have been too, and you can tell a lot of time and care goes into making a fun and supportive environment for all skill levels. I never considered myself an “athletic” person but the support and motivation from the group at this gym had me doing my first ever strict pullups at 36yo. Love this place.

Fantastic experience: Amazing... best CrossFit box in town. Very organized, Very clean. Workouts are amazing, coaches very knowledgeable ( coaches not only explain and do the movements in each class but they also participate in the workouts with us.)People are very friendly and they make you feel like family. Coaches also are extremely patient. I’m my case... amazing body/ mental transformation/ results. Best investment I’ve ever made. All you have to do is show up.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym. They have great coaches and great workouts. They are very educational. The people that workout there are also very friendly and very helpful. They also have a gated area for the kids. Stop by and give them a try, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved here to Texas from Kansas. I had checked out other CrossFit gyms in the area. When I found Bombshell I knew this one was for me. The coaches are fantastic and they know what they are doing. Everyone goes at their own pace and the coaches are so good about scaling down a workout if it is to much for you. It's nothing to be embarrassed about, I do it all the time. No matter what skill level you are at in the moment I would 100% recommend this gym. The coaches take the time to make sure everything is clean in general and especially after every class. I am impressed! Don't be afraid to come in and see what it's all about!

Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic it has been very inspirational to work out there with a great group of people and Jenn is extremely available to instruct and lead as a fitness guru. Never tried CrossFit before but I am sold on the total body hard core wholistic workout that will benefit your fitness and any other athletic Endeavors. Awesome place.
