Fantastic experience: I am a "Senior" and have a pacemaker but I can still workout safely at my own pace which my cardiologist encourages. I really enjoy the time I spend there. Very relaxing. Staff is great!! spending

Fantastic experience: The layout is confusing for a moment but you get use to it. Tons of equipment is available; some you rarely see in gyms.

The staff is awesome and I’ve been going here now for 16 years.. also those who “Bitch” about child care is comical.. they never advertised any… you bring your young kids at your own risk.. hopefully they listen to you lol… I bring my kids and they love to workout..

Fantastic experience: The front desk staff is amazing. The facility all 60,000,00 Sq. ft is the cleanest gym I have ever been too! Our family has been attached to the military over 30 years.This place has been apart of our lives for so many years now! The fact that they provide this benefit to us is a true blessing. Physical health is equal to mental health in my book.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility, one of my favorite places to work out. Basketball court,Big weight room, cardio area and crossfit area. They have all you need and more.

Positive experience: Probably one of the best gyms around. Huge facility, crossfit area, free weights dumbells up to 150lbs. Just needs indoor pool.

Fantastic experience: One of biggest gym facilities I've been to; loved it!!! Has all the facilities needed plus some sports areas including ping-pong, basketball, racket ball, and boxing. All sports equipment needed to play is provided free from staff!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym available for use by DOD civilians and military. Provides lots of exercise equipment and room to conduct PT. Shower and changing areas are clean and well kept. I would use these facilities again.

Fantastic experience: The gym is available for military, employees, and family approved to be on base. Membership is free. They have everything you could probably want out of a gym. Full indoor track, weight room, basket ball court, treadmills, weight machines, classes, outdoor pool, racquet ball courts, etc. I could mention more, but it is worth finding out their full services on their website.
