Fantastic experience: The Whitehall Community Park YMCA just opened, and it is beautiful! This new Y has an indoor soccer field, brand new state-of-the-art exercise equipment, child care, after-school programming and a demo kitchen. Classes include zumba, barre, body pump, vinyasa yoga, stretching, interval training, strength training, silver sneakers, meditation and hip hop line dancing. The spin classes are located by a window wall overlooking trees and grass. There are lockers, showers, lounges and musical instruments, and free coffee till 2 p.m. I was very impressed!
