Fantastic experience: I have been a client for a bit. I have bad knees, one replaced and arthritis. Lisa works with me so not to activate anything but still allowing me to get a good workout. small classes, and the people I have met there feel like family. it is not just a workout place but also a suppirt group for feeling good, mental and physical fitness. come by and watch a class...you wont be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I am constantly supported by the highly educated, truly caring, fun trainer in my fitness journey. Becoming a healthier being is definetely achievable no matter where your physical starting point is. I am also grateful that she works to undo societal images of what a woman should look like & always reminds us that our body shape does not define our fitness level nor our beauty. Vitalize Rocks!
