Fantastic experience: A great little gym apart of Cohutta Springs Conference center. It is small, but there are treadmills, an elliptical machine, bikes, benches, free weights, and a bowflex type machine where you can do different leg/arm/chest etc exercises. Space in the center of the room for stretching or yoga. And the best part is the gorgeous view you’ll have!
