Fantastic experience: F45 College Station has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself and my health, physically, emotionally, and mentally. I have a really difficult time with self-motivation and have never been able to stick to any kind of workout plan on my own or see any kind of results but after joining the F45 in cstat that completely changed! I became a member so I could get in shape for my wedding but ended up finding something that became a lifestyle - the owners, trainers, and members are seriously the BEST!!

There are plenty options for schedule and it fits perfect with the working lifestyle. The coaches are so friendly and enthusiastic that even if you’re having a bad day you’ll leave the place feeling better. The pricing is fair and a plus is that is conveniently right next to the grocery store.

I love that it’s a group workout but everyone in there is at a different level and working at their own pace. The trainers also all do an amazing job of making you feel like you’re the only one in the room when you need the extra help! I couldn’t say enough great things about this place and how much it’s changed my life over the last two years 10/10 recommend!!

The F45 franchise, itself, is amazing because the workouts change sooo much, you can’t get bored, And the College Station studio is unmatched! All the coaches are so personable and motivating.
