Welcome to The Movement Connection, Downtown Colby, Kansas! Join a group fitness class or workout on your own when your schedule allows. Group fitness classes meet Monday-Thursday, and provide a variety of opportunities to MOVE! Most are FREE with current gym membership!

Come check out our newly updated 100 year old building! We have private dressing rooms, a workout circuit that's open 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:30pm, and purification fans that circulate fresh air. Plus, our handcrafted sliding doors are definitely something to see!

Members can access the gym during the hours of 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM, seven days a week. They will receive a key code at the time of registration to use during these hours.

Fantastic experience: I ended up at Brenda's gym after being stuck in Colby on a cross country trip due to mechanical issues with our car. I'm so glad this happened. I had such a wonderful experience at The Movement Connection. The place is clean and spacious, there is a beautiful room for classes, Brenda was so wonderful to be around, and I got a great work out in while I waited for my car! I really enjoyed being here! Thank you so much Brenda!

Fantastic experience: Personalized service when you need a little help. So many services offered in one location(massage, yoga, exercise classes, and a good variety of exercise machines, etc.).
