Fantastic experience: I ended up at Brenda's gym after being stuck in Colby on a cross country trip due to mechanical issues with our car. I'm so glad this happened. I had such a wonderful experience at The Movement Connection. The place is clean and spacious, there is a beautiful room for classes, Brenda was so wonderful to be around, and I got a great work out in while I waited for my car! I really enjoyed being here! Thank you so much Brenda!

Fantastic experience: Personalized service when you need a little help. So many services offered in one location(massage, yoga, exercise classes, and a good variety of exercise machines, etc.).
