Fantastic experience: Testimoial time! I want to start off by saying that this bootcamp has become my new happy place and has changed my life soo much in just the 3 months that I have been a apart of it! Im excited to share my experiences with people like me who need to find something that works for them but they haven't found it yet. Traditional gyms arent for everyone and I was soo tired of paying for a gym membership that I thought i would use and then never did! My friends at work started going to this bootcamp and they'd be coming in to work really sore and tell me about the work outs they did and I was intrigued immediately and kept saying one of these days I'm going to try it out and go with you guys. Took me like a month of building up the courage to go and They kept encouraging me to until I finally did it. I went with them one day and it only cost me 5$ to try it out for the day! Now full disclosure the first day is the worst and hardest especially if you're like me who hadnt done any workouts in over 5+ years. I was struggling soo bad with every thing the trainer had us doing and he could obviously tell so during the 30 min session he asks me is this your first day? I laughed and responded Super First day!! But i did it I survived the 30 minutes My friends I went with stayed for an hour and did 2 sessions back to back. I wasnt quite ready for that yet. However I came back to the bootcamp again. I wanted to cause what tripped me out the most is I'm looking around at the people showing up and I'm seeing males and females that are coming in all shapes and sizes i see some that are my size and bigger, smaller older, younger and its just very empowering to see people like me coming together to get stronger!So I'm like if all of them can do this then why can't I? I've learned soo much in my short amount of time here, all these new exercises i didnt know or even how to do and everyone that goes there to train is so friendly and positive not to mention encouraging cause I would be looking lost like I dont know what to do and so many people around are willing to guide you demonstrate the exercises you're not familiar with and push you out of your comfor zone but in a good way.I always thought I needed a 24 hour traditional gym because i work latenights most days and get off between 2 or 3am but i never went and it never worked out like this boot camp has. There is multiple sessions so when I work nights i go to the morning sessions and when i work mornings i can go to the night sessions each session starts at a certain time another thing i love because i need that structure and routine i like knowing when to show up and I like being told what work outs to do and for how long to do them and its a full body work out!! Im so grateful i found this place I've lost over 20 pounds in the last 3 months and even though its hard for me to see people are noticing my wife my in laws my friends family and coworkers and I feel it when i put my clothes on clothes that used to be tight or fit just right are feeling baggy! I was buying 3xl in shirts cause i like my clothes to breathe and 2x didnt always feel right all my 2x shirts feel baggy now im almost ready for that Xl i also went down 2 pant sizes and I feel soo much better about myself and everything like i can do anything!!! Theres something very addiciting about doing things you thought you could never do...the more i showed up to the sessions the stronger i got and was able to do things that i said i would never be able to...Finishing something that is hard even grueling leaves you feeling proud of yourself for it and its the most incredible high I've ever felt. I just want to keep PUSHING and moving forward with these wonderful people, and its a testament to the trainer we have. He gives us his all and he loves what hes doing when you have a leader who inspires and sets the example with such a great attitude you want to give them all you have to give....I know this was soo long and if you made it to the end I really hope it gives you the PUSH you need & I hope I see you there!

Fantastic experience: I started going here solely because the gyms shut down. My plan was to stay here a few months then go back to the gym. In the 2 1/2 months I’ve been coming I dropped 20lbs (diet too) and I gained more muscle in spots I never did at the gym. I like best the routines Nick makes up everyday. Nothing is stagnant, I’m always working on a new muscle. I will continue to come, I’ve made friends and I love the fact everyone roots for each other!

Positive experience: I signed up for the 3 month program and I have been here about 3 weeks love the atmosphere. I was super hesitant to try it out but glad I did. I love that’s it’s other moms and everyday people. Not too much intimidation. The work outs are great and really make you break a sweat. Losing some inches and my clothes are fitting better. Definitely a good starter class after the quarantine to get back into shape. Would recommend

Fantastic experience: PUSH Bootcamps is an amazing, fun place to get fit! The trainers here are highly skilled and always motivating. I've been going for over two years and see results in my athletic performance; in the mirror; on the scale; and with my lifts. This gym helped me to pass a PAT for a law enforcement agency and has helped me to gain muscle mass and strength. I love the owner, Nick; he makes you feel like a valued member of the gym and his workouts are consistently fun and challenging. The atmosphere is outstanding and the other members help to create an experience that makes you want to go back. I absolutely love this place and look forward to more and more people coming to PUSH themselves to get in shape!!! Thanks Nick and all the PUSH bootcamp staff and members! Alexander H

Fantastic experience: If your anything like me, then you will understand where I’m coming from when I tell you that I have joined several gyms, paid the monthly payments, forced myself to go at least 1-2 times a week tops if that. But never had the motivation to push myself beyond my potential. When this whole Covid and quarantine started, I stopped working out completely. I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror, and didn’t like how I felt, but some how I was fortunate to come across Push Bootcamp. I messaged Nick, and decided to try it out for an hour with my daughter. Best decision I have ever made. I love how Nick and Jessica are so welcoming, motivating and always answer any questions I may have. I started off going for a half an hour 4-5 days a week. Then my son that’s 11 joined with me, and that was the best ever knowing that we had our bonding time getting healthy, and having fun. Everyone at Push Bootcamp is so nice, friendly and we all push each other to keep going and not give up. Now I’m able to accomplish an hour, 1-2 times a day, and I honestly couldn’t do it without Nick and everyone at Push giving me that extra push I need daily. We all have our weaknesses and we all need a little help. I get it asking isn’t easy, but step out of your comfort zone, and try something new, you may end up loving it, and loving how you look and feel. Cause I sure do:)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at Push Boot Camps for over 6 months now and Love my Push Family. Ive always been pretty athletic, but having kids and owning my own business took up so much time I neglected the gym. Push Boot Camps has got me motivated and grinding!!! They push me to lift the heavier weight and push me to reach my goals. If you are looking to get back in shape, sign up for push boot camps and join the fun!! #PushFamily

Fantastic experience: These HIIT workout sessions are no joke! I signed up over a year ago with some friends and have made new ones friends here. I’ve really enjoyed it here, it’s even more fun when there’s more people. Everyone keeps each other motivated to push through the workouts. I definitely recommend checking them out or try the free Bootcamp sessions they have sometimes.

Fantastic experience: I started with Push Boot Camp a couple of months ago. Before walking through the doors I was intimidated because I’m older and felt really out of shape. The trainers really put me at ease and walk you through the workouts step-by-step. They are extremely encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable. The community is very welcoming and helpful as well. The workouts are challenging and effective and I can already see a difference in my body, strength and endurance.

Positive experience: The place is great, and the few times I’ve met the trainers, they are very nice and encouraging. I love watching the LIVE videos and seeing the change in everyone working out. I’m just very disappointed in the contract terms. I really wish they had better option in situations where you suddenly experience a hardship in life. You shouldn’t sign on to a contract with them unless you know your future and know for a fact that you will not experience any hardships in your life. Because they will NOT accommodate to any of your changes in life. I’ve asked about changing my contract to better fit my financial situation and that’s not possible. I then asked about canceling my contract and the Terms and apparently that’s not possible either. So, now I’m stuck paying this pretty large monthly fee, just to maybe go once a week. I blame myself for not thoroughly reading my contract, and thinking they are actually trying to help me with my weight loss. Stress is a big weight gainer, but as long as they’re getting paid, the stress is my problem and not theirs.

Positive experience: Good workout for someone who has not worked out in a while but only recommend if you know wat you're doing and just need someone to keep you accountable. Fortunately I have a background in exercise science. Tall skinny trainer needs more education tho. He really didn't know a whole lot about nutrition and injury prevention. Trainers remarks about nutrition and liability: "just don't eat a lot" and "if you get hurt...you signed a waiver". TBH if ur new to working out or have muscle imbalances and other health issues, I would recommend somewhere else. If u just need someone to run u thru a workout and keep u accountable, then this is OK. Only 30 minutes. 2.5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I've been with push for about 8 months now. Joining push was the best decision I've ever made. I was 180lb when I started and I was so out of shape. I'm not going to lie the first couple of weeks were my hardest due to how out of shape I was but I stuck with it I was determined I did as much as I was able to do and every time I went back I pushed myself to do more and I continue to push myself to do better everyone in the class is supportive we all support one another and push each other to do our very best. I would definitely recommend push bootcamps to anyone who is looking to get fit and lose weight. But it does take a lot of determination and hard work and not everyone is at the same Fitness level and no one judges you for what you can and can't do I know when I first started that was one of my concerns. So if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable staff push is a great place.

Fantastic experience: I have been going since August of 2017 I am down 45 pounds! I have been pushed to limits I never knew I was capable of! The trainer is motivating, this is not just his career this is his passion! Definitely a place I would recommend especially to those who are new to the whole Crossfit\HIIT life but really it’s a great motivational place for anyone!

Fantastic experience: This is my first review of anything, but ive been coming to push bootcamps since March 2017 and I came wanting/needing that extra push in my weightloss after having two kids and this past year I lost 50lbs and over 30 inches and feel the best i have in years. I love coming here and look forward to my workouts! Nick genuinely care about his clients and their goals and keeps us motivated. I would definately and have recommended this place to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: “It is our attitude at the beginning of a difficult task which, more than anything else, will affect its successful outcome.” ~William James Sometimes in our lives we feel like it is impossible to accomplish a certain goal, task, challenge or anything we are not used to putting ourselves through, but once we take the courage and Do It, The satisfaction of seeing the end results in unexplainable. Push Bootcamp is one of the greatest programs I've ever tried. IT WORKS!!! And with the help of Nick Hansen, all those weight goals can become possible to achieve. So let's start with a Great Attitude and let's give it our ALL and see where our mind and motivation can take us :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here since October 2016 and I don’t plan on ever leaving! I started off doing 3-days a week then upgraded to 5 days a week a few months later. I’ve tried regular gym memberships but nothing ever really worked. I lost 20lbs in a year working out with Nick @ Push. Nick motivates you and pushes you to reach your goals and potential. He genuinely cares about what your personal goals are and helps you knock them out! The atmosphere is great. Be ready to make some lifelong friends while getting in great shape at the same time!

Fantastic experience: I'm not one to do much reviews, but it took me quite some motivation to get out and do the Bootcamp routine. After 4 months + I feel stronger and more fit than ever. Even lost 20lbs and look great. All the coaches are great,especially coach Nick he keeps everyone motivated and gives us pointers throughout the session. Some days we're totally worn out but it's worth it.Always bringing something new as a challenge and Free days brings in a great crowd, new people signing up all the time . I will be going here to keep reaching my fitness goals and feeling great. Thanks Push Bootcamps!!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this place!! Push Bootcamps is my happy place!! I've been going for 5 months, lost over 20 pounds, and gained muscles and friends!! If you're looking for a challenage this is the place! The workouts are a mixture of CrossFit, bootcamp style and H.I.I.T! Which I LOVE!!! Bring water and your PMA (positive mental attitude) and be prepared for some fun challenging gym time that if also friendly and effective! Great trainer and great place; thank you Nick for being a great workout leader!

Fantastic experience: I started working out here in April 2017, within 4 months not only did I lose 30lbs with their diet and work out program but my flabby mom body started building muscle and firming up! This is the BEST workout I have ever done and that shows the most improvement in the shortest amount of time! Whether you are 300 lbs or 100 lbs, everyone can do this workout at their own pace.

Fantastic experience: 6 weeks ago I decided I needed to make a change to become more active. Push Bootcamp has really helped me to make that change. Nick and the crew encourage me to try new things that may be out of my comfort zone and with with a little “push” have gained back some confidence that had been lost. If you’re considering trying Push bootcamp...do it!...they have different programs to help support your individual needs. It really is a group of amazing people doing extraordinary things! It’s definitely not easy and takes commitment but “If it wasn’t hard, everyone would do it. It’s the hard that makes it great!”

Fantastic experience: If I could give it more stars I would! I cannot reccommend this place enough anyone that’s knows me personally knows how highly I talk about Push Bootcamp! What can I say I love this place. The workouts are great, the people are even better, and the trainers are awesome. Nick is dedicated to making sure we all succeed; when I am consistent in my workouts I see a big difference. I’ve tried every possible gym you could think of and it has not worked for me, this on the other hand has been the best thing I could of signed up for... you definitely feel the burn lol. Nick is always doing Saturday bootcamps so you can always try it out and see if it’s for you, some people like it some people don’t but the results I’ve seen within myself and others do not lie! That’s what got me motivated enough to try this whole bootcamp. For anyone who’s still debating if this is for you or not trust me once you try it you’ll love it!

Fantastic experience: “Fit is not a Destination. It is a way of Life!” ❤️ One of the best Bootcamps in the 559! Owner/Trainer Nick and Team Push is a very motivating, energetic, & inspiring group. You’ll totally will be receiving a full body workout, that will definitely leave you sore; wanting to come back for more. Myself, being a ultra runner and competing in marathons monthly, I use his program as my crosstrainng & definitely has helped me mentally, physically and spiritually become a better runner. And has made me more accountable in focusing on myself, health and you’ll definitely will see results with his amazing Bootcamp/HIIT classes that are designed for any level; from beginners to advanced. Fantastic experience: I just want to say how grateful I am for this program. I have been with this program off and on for almost 2 years and it's amazing how much the classes have grown. This program is not for the weak but for the determined. You will need to be ready for anything because everyday is different. You will hurt and it will be hard to sit on a toilet at the beginning lol. Everyday I go I think, am I going to be able to get through this very short 30 minutes? YES!!! I started on my weight loss adventure 3 years ago and after a year i lost about 30lbs with a pretty strict diet but I just felt stuck there. I couldn't loss anymore weight and I didn't have any energy whatsoever. I started to look into possibly joining a gym and/or seeing what other options I have. I came across this program on Facebook so I signed up determined for change; a more stronger and healthier me is what I was out for. I have lost an additional 40lbs since I started. I'm still that Mom that enjoys a cupcake or 5 but I know that come 5:30am Nick is going to push me as hard as I can go and I love it.
