Fantastic experience: I dropped in to Amoeba while in town and I am totally impressed with my whole experience. Owner Sam is super cool and coach Raff is super rad. This is quintessentially Crossfit with great people and caring, intelligent coaching. As a crossfit box owner and coach myself, this gym is of the best I’ve been to.

They have all the equipment you could want with very effective classes. They even provide daycare, so parents can get their workout in with piece of mind knowing their child is right there and in good hands! Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I love this family. They keep inspiring me to do the best whether it comes to fitness to other aspects of my life. The owners are incredibly welcoming since the first day I stepped foot into the box. The coaches push you through the hardest workouts, encourage you when it gets tough, and know when you can challenge yourself.
