Fantastic experience: When you come to register, the hydromassage works. but after paying and registering, it gets corrupted. I asked for a month. not working. both are not working. yes both.

Fantastic experience: The best Crunch in the area in my opinion. Staff is friendly and I constantly see them disinfecting the gym. They have anti-bacterial wipes that I haven't seen at any other gyms in the area other than the Parsippany location. Have plenty of cardio machines and a open gym floor that has everything you need. They even have the power 30 min workout machines in a upstairs platform for those that want a bit more private workout away from the floor that has a machine to hit every body part. There's 2 Olympic platforms with bumper plates and a separate squat rack that means you shouldn't have to wait too long to do your power workouts. Word is out now and the gym is starting to get more crowded. People are usually cool and mind their own business for the most part. My home gym for the foreseeable future. Update - Gym is still clean and employees routinely go out to spray some antibacterial mist on equipment. Weights are all in their proper place and broken equipments get fixed pretty quick. Little more crowded even during off peak hours but that's just mostly high school kids hopefully it calms down in September.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, the staff are really nice and welcoming. The only thing I will say is that this gym doesn’t have a ton of equipment but what it lacks for equipment it makes up for in the people and the cleanliness of this gym. It is so clean here most gyms you feel like you have to take a shower in disinfectant after this place is clean as a whistle. I’ve been working out at this location specifically for about 10 months and I have zero to no complaints.

Fantastic experience: Clifton Crunch is the place to be! First of all I met my future to be baby momma! Had a date night and felt the best I have ever felt in a decade! All because Arron P. Gonzales and the crew! They made me feel good about my workout needs and also motivated me to be more in the moment and adventurous! Don’t sleep in Crunch these guys know what they are doing!

Fantastic experience: WOW! Been going to different health clubs for over 15 years and working as a VP at Fitness Intl for 8 years. This club is very clean even though they have such high work out traffic management here must be doing something right. The little thing of always seeing someone cleaning up weights or cleaning equipment is impressive. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful manger in Gibbs Filllmore.

Fantastic experience: I took my first class tonight and it was beyond amazing!!! Aaron (manager) was very helpful and encouraging. He made my experience extremely comfortable by signing me up to take the class and taking me to my class. He also followed up with me after the class to inquire about my experience. I’m glad I chose Crunch. There’s definitely something there for everyone and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure all of our questions are answered and that we are happy and knowledgeable regarding what Crunch has to offer its members. I’d definitely give this gym 5 stars and recommend to friends.

Fantastic experience: I love this location. I live right next to the one in North Bergen and still drive 20 mins each morning to this one because of how great of an experience I have here. Super clean. Friendly staff. And when something is broken, it's fixed within a day or two. That is something most gyms don't get right. would totally recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I am so satisfied and happy on heading back to the gym after a long time of not going. I had some hesitations but Aaron was extremely reassuring and was always there to answer any questions I had . Very insightful with recommendations on what workouts I should be doing to target certain areas as well. I definitely recommend going to this gym and the awesome employees working there make the environment very encouraging to be in and motivating to continue your weightloss/ fitness goals

Fantastic experience: Best Crunch I've ever attended hands down. The weights are always aligned from lightest to heaviest, which in turn makes everyone else put their weights back correctly too. Clean, never too crowded, big parking lot.

Fantastic experience: I joined Clifton Crunch as soon as they opened, and I love it. I do pass several Crunch gyms on my way home from work, but I come here because honestly, it feels like a family. It's incredibly sanitary, always filled with nice people, and fun. All the staff is very nice and helpful. I am so grateful I signed up with Heather for personal training. She has helped me tremendously through my fitness journey, and is very empathetic. I learned so much from her, which made me the confident person I am, and it changed my outlook on a healthy lifestyle. I have two autoimmune diseases that cause me some pain and injuries, but Heather helps me stay motivated and she modifies all the workouts to accommodate me. I've actually met my goal weight loss and goal muscle gain with her! I didn't think I could because of my health issues. I will forever be grateful for her. I really lucked out with Heather. I am so glad Clifton Crunch is here.

Fantastic experience: The gym is always clean, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I have never seen an establishment this well maintained then any gym I have been too. If your looking for a gym to join then join this one. The worst thing I have seen in any gym equipment never working and crunch has done a phenomenal job making sure the equipment is maintained.

Fantastic experience: Pretty good. Today was my first day. The set up is a little weird. At least for me. I guess I'm just stuck on the set up of how my previous gym was. The cardio machines were in a completely different section from the weights and facing a wall mirror. All in all it was very clean, sanitary, and spacious. It also has a friendly staff

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this Crunch location. I signed up during the lockdown for a special they were running and was able to try personal training when the gym was still closed to the public. The one on one sessions were great and when the gym finally opened to everyone things only got better. For starters, this is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to & I frequently like to try out new gyms. I haven’t yet found any spot that even comes close to how clean and well maintained Crunch Clifton is. Second, the staff is outstanding. They all work diligently to ensure that the member experience is positive and enjoyable for everyone. They’re friendly when I come in, attentive if I have questions and always seem to be happy to be there. Aaron, the manager, is especially wonderful as he is always asking how I’m doing, how my training sessions are going, inviting people to try classes and seeing if there’s anything he can do to make the Crunch experience better. He gets involved in the HIIT classes and is friendly with several, probably most, of the members at Crunch Clifton. He is transparent about membership charges and always try’s to help people as best he can if there is a problem. Managing the place can’t be easy, but Aaron truly puts his all into his job. You can just tell he cares about what he does. More specific to me, I’ve found value in continuing personal training sessions with Heather. She is amazing at what she does, always pushing me further than I thought I could go while maintaining a kindness that allows me to feel comfortable in my discomfort. She’s motivating and organized and really tailors workouts to maximize the amount of time we have and focus on anything specific that I verbalize I’d like to improve. Results come slow, but I’ve seen them already and much of the credit goes to Heather. Lastly, the variety of classes and amenities that Crunch Clifton offers are several. It is WELL worth it to go for the higher tiered membership with them because the class offerings are outstanding and the amenities are the cherry on top. I made it a point to try as many different classes as I could when I first started and I found that they vary in style and skill level required, meaning that there’s something for everyone. And after a sweat drenched HIIT class or a relaxing yoga class, I love that I can wind down in the Wellness Dry Pod or work on sore muscles on the Hydro Massage. Crunch Clifton truly offers a significantly high value to your health and fitness journey. To anyone considering joining, I sincerely believe it’ll be worth it.

Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience at this gym than I ever have in any other place. Aaron Gonzalez the director and all of the staff really knock it out of the park with the service and all of the classes and the spa stuff. It’s a huge plus that they always remember my name.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this crunch 5 days a week for about 6 months. It's a very well maintained and clean gym. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. I have to acknowledge Norby who is in management. He seems to be a great team leader and is very attentive to each customer.

Fantastic experience: Crunch Clifton is the best gym around. I’ve been to other crunches, but keep coming back to this one. They offer the best classes with the most variety and the best instructors around (especially Gibbs!). Aaron is an attentive manager and makes sure all runs smoothly. The gym is always clean (even pre-Covid) and you can see the dedicated staff wiping down equipment, vacuuming the floors, and cleaning the mirrors. I’ve made so many “gym friends” here and made so many personal fitness gains, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. It’s a friendly environment where everyone feels like family. I’ll be moving about an hour away from Clifton within a few months, but I plan to come back for their HIIT classes as often as I am able to.

Fantastic experience: Amazing people and an amazing gym, the director Aaron and the amazing Gibbs make the place feel like you are at home. I love this gym because it’s one of the only gyms I’ve been to that I feel welcomed and not judged. And they are very upfront about pricing and contracts which is a plus.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Crunch Fitness through a friend & I totally would be going back. The staff made me feel super comfortable & the atmosphere is great. No reason to be ashamed if you’ve never to a gym before. I’ve had previous experiences with gyms that they weren’t all that friendly. The manager Aaron was helpful explaining the equipment to me as well as having a positive attitude understanding it was my first time in a long time going to a gym.

Fantastic experience: Customer Service is always on a high level. Overall environment is always welcoming, pleasant, clean and uplifting. Every associate is always smiling at you. Associates are also very knowledgeable about the membership details, class schedule, products etc. Thanks to Habel and Vanessa from the Clifton, NJ location for making me and my husband's gym experience, fresh from quarantine, worth it financially, mentally and physically!
