Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Plenty of group fitness classes of all varieties for all different levels of exercise. Easy access to sanitation and locker rooms and Management is very efficient and helpful. They have many other options for members of all ages, yes ALL AGES! They provide child care as well as kids zumba classes. Throughout the week the club is open 24 hours, and throughout the weekend they stay open later than the majority of other clubs. I highly recommend this gym for you and your family!

I’ve had the please of conversing with Austin F who was more than happy to help me in any way needed! Nelson is also very favorable to chat with and anwsered all my questions efficiently and respectfully. Just wanted to shout out the staff!

Fantastic experience: Staff and Management are very friendly at this gym. They have all the different machines and free weights. That you would need to have a great workout there. Whether you are a beginner or advanced. They also keep the gym very clean.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for over a decade Great place to workout. It is kept clean. Plenty of equipment so that I rarely have to wait, even though gym is busy. Staff is friendly and always receptive to any comments or concerns.

Fantastic experience: This gym is fairly reasonably priced and has 24 hour access M-Th. The facilities are clean and it has every machine you’d reasonably want to use including squat racks, bench press racks, and deadlift platforms. The staff are friendly. Overall it’s a great gym to come work out.

Fantastic experience: Huge fan of Fitness CF as an affordable gym option with a large variety of equipment and amenities. I was quite pleased with how they handled COVID protocols during the peak of the pandemic. I never felt at risk while getting my training done. The staff is incredibly friendly and the facilities are always clean! Definitely give this place a try if you are in the search for a new gym!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Been going to the same gym for several years. The layout is perfect, my favorite part is how big the women's only workout area is. I'll be moving soon and I'm torn about having to go to another gym. Def recommend!

Fantastic experience: They have everything you can think of, amazing child care hours that includes a huge space for them to run around in. I went today to just check it out because I am thinking of getting a membership some place and me and my 17 year old daughter were completely sold by the time we left. It's clean, there is a private women's area, updated equipment and the classes they offer every day is worth the membership alone. Doesn't cost muah more then planet fitness and totally worth it.

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best I have ever belonged to, and I have belonged to several over the years. The staff are friendly and helpful and they have every piece of equipment you could wish for. The most impressive thing about this gym is the cleanliness. Every single machine has a bottle of sanitizer and a towel. There are sanitizer wipe stations, and lots sanitizer dispensers. They are constantly vacuuming areas and washing ceramic floors. I would highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I love Fitness CF! As a “snowbird” I was happy to see that a new gym had opened in the area while I was in Chicago for the summer. My expectations have been exceeded in so many ways. First of all, the staff is wonderful, polite and helpful. Secondly, the facility itself is gorgeous. It is state of the art. But, my favorite part of Fitness CF is ZUMBA! There are several classes each day with the best instructors I have ever had in Central Florida. Fitness CF clearly hires the best and most experienced fitness instructors in the area and it shows!

Fantastic experience: The cleaning porter that was there on the evening shift Oct 4th and Ally who was working the front desk are both excellent employees! They probably deserve a raise, when possible or some sort of recognition. They treated me with respect and listed and answered the few questions that I had. The gym seemed nice and clean. Also really appreciated that the music was at a reasonable level there and not so over the top that you could hear over your own headphones (like many gyms) They have a towel service option still. It is ridiculous that many gyms have stopped doing that. Not all, but a lot have. For people in general good health and taking reasonable precautions it shouldn't be an issue. Vitamin D (preferably from the sun and exercise works wonder for staying healthy) Thank God there sauna is open, another things that boosts the immune and raises white blood cell count. As a medically retired Veteran who has struggled to find the right type of fitness centers, I greatly appreciate the setup they have here. I hope and pray that you gym expands into other parts of the state and other state's seriously. Only thing missing is an outdoor pool area. Lifetime Athletic for example has that. However the closest locations are Tampa and Boca Raton. Also I loathe the fact that they play music their so loud that it is bothersome. Many members have complained about this and even nearby neighbors close to Lifetime and left negative reviews online about how loud there music is and that it can be heard by the surrounding communities and is a noise disturbance. They say corporate likes to keep a certain type of ambiance and the local clubs largely have no control over it. It is like this with many larger national chain gyms unfortunately. 24 Fitness, LA Fitness and probably Gold's Gym are all losing business by making the foolish decision to not open the sauna. These are supposed to be health club, not nursing homes. Also it's like 180-190 degrees in there. Many literature suggests that is hot enough to destroy most viruses and bacteria. Also it appears the owners and management are responsive to customer complaints and feedback on here, which is a good sign. Some places seems to be not realizing how much of an impact online reviews can make. For example photos I have taken before of a other gyms rundown sauna area have had over 10,000 views. There are many gyms out there and it's a competitive market. I wish more gyms focused on upkeep like Fitness CF and not just on signing people up ie customer retention and thus in turn good word of mouth advertising.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to this gym! It’s close to my kids school, it’s great to drop them off then immediately go into one of the classes. The instructors keep it interesting, challenging but even if you’re a beginner like me, you’ll be able to get the hang of it. Lots of equipment. Love the sauna and hydromassage too!

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying this GYM is VERY nice and the staff are fantastic! The gym equipment, bathroom, showers, lockers, message chairs, and tanning beds are perhaps the nicest I've ever seen in a local GYM. It's far nicer than LA fitness and Planet Fitness. With that being said, their is one blemish in their service and that's their 3rd party financial services. When it came time to cancel it was overly complicated and caused me to contact 3 different entities. The first contact was of course CF fitness whom then said ABC financial was who I needed to call. The 2nd contact being ABC financial advised me that it had to be done via email. My 3rd contact via email was done with my GF whom was also on the account and she was told she would need to register for an online account to cancel since she wasn't the primary member. During all of this I was charged for another month of service and ABC financial advised that my contract requires 30 day notice which basically means I'd get charged again for a membership I was trying to cancel -.-. It seemed like a never ending nightmare. I called CF fitness directly and told them about how insane this cancellation was being for me. They immediately got their assistant GM Kayla Alvarez on the line, after she heard what had happened she resolved the situation within minutes. Thank you so much for your help Kayla and staff at CF staff. Your professionalism and customer service should be a role model to the service industry, I hope this review earns you some recognition. Fantastic experience: Great gym. 1. Childcare they love my niece and braid her hair. They go the extra mile. 2. Your always greeted coming and going and staff is eager to solve problems without blaming the customer.August is great 3.They the most amount of equipment in the area to be a professional plus a lot of great classes. 4. Finally, my favorite is the massage chair rooms that are open for you anytime. I've come in just for that.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and friendly place to work out. It can get a little crowded at prime times but there is always plenty of free equipment to use. Never have any negative experiences with and of the members or staff. Top notch place

Fantastic experience: Great place. Clean. HUGE with several choices of different rooms to work out in. Love the fact that it’s open almost 24 hours a day. Also LOVE the Airconditioning and air quality in the place. Great staff that doesn’t pester you and clientele that doesn’t either.

Fantastic experience: Fitness CF is a great gym. They have tons of classes to pick from with amazing instructors. There is something for everyone. The personal trainers are also great. The gym is always improving the equiptment and the gym overall. They just completely redecorated the locker rooms and the main entrance. The serentiy room is also amazing. The staff and management is helpful and always available. But the thing I love the most is the people and the friends I have made at the gym. It is truly like a family. I highly recomment Fitness CF.

Fantastic experience: This gym has friendly staff who make everyone feel welcome, all the equipment you need and experienced trainers. My wife really enjoys the classes they offer, especially the yoga. I've been to quite a few gyms around the country and I have to say this is one of my top five. Great value and it's not as crowded as other gyms. The only thing that they need to update is the lockers but beside that its a great gym!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for exactly a year now. I mainly joined for the variety of classes, and I’m more than pleased with what they offer and the teachers. The daycare people are so sweet, the manager is awesome, the gym/locker rooms are kept clean, and the hours should work around anyone’s schedule. My only complaint would be the AC... crank it up so it’s cooler in there!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of gyms since 1981 when I was in the Marine Corps from the West Coast to the East Coast The CF gym in North Clermont and South Clermont By far the best to gyms I've ever had the pleasure of being member of Drew and Austen are always courteous managers the gym is kept immaculate and the owners are always putting money back in the gym to make it better for the members. All for the low price of $25

Fantastic experience: Great Gym. Used to be a Publix, when they moved out, Gold's bought it and now CF. It is awesome. Lots of room, tons of machines, free weights, cardio machines, several group fitness studios, CrossFit style workout area, a private lady's workout area, a cardio theatre where they play a movie in a dark room on a screen with some cardio equipment, very nice locker rooms, bathrooms and saunas.

Fantastic experience: I love it there. Been going there for 2 years now none stop, like every day. It's my home away from home. Great equipment, the staff is cool. The place is clean. Great water pressure. Don't know why people are commenting about people "camping out" on equipment. Just tell them to move or just work in. Stop being a coward. Keep doing what your doing CF fitness.

Fantastic experience: FITNESS CF! New name, same amazing standards! I recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about fitness and who loves the camaraderie of great, friendly trainers and instructors. The front desk staff, Managers ADMIN and altogether the full service staffing there are super friendly and helpful. They take time to do amazing work at what they do with clients as priority. It’s an experience I have felt a part of. I have had years of fitness in running and workout routines and know that what’s offered at Fitness CF is undoubtedly one of the best in town. They are incomparable. There is always a very wide array of up to date, first class, top notch equipment here to choose from. I am happy to be able to say that even with a significant name change for the business, all that was before is still here. Nothing has changed; which is awesome!

Fantastic experience: Yeah this gym is the greatest EVERRRR!!! I love love love their hours and they keep improving them. Most of their competitors don't open on weekends until 8am and now cf in clermont opens at 5am! PLUS 24 hours during the week. They have all the same "hard core" Golds Gym equipment for people who want to real live lift weights plus pretty much every cardio type machine invented! I've been a member here for 10 or 11 years and to continue to impress me over the years makes this is the best gym membership I've had by far.

Fantastic experience: Friendly gym staff and a great selection of equipment to use. They also offer many different classes to meet your fitness needs. I've used their personal trainers before as well and they've always been professional and understanding of your physical limitations. Although I try to avoid the busy times, they have enough equipment to compensate for those times as well. Many different plans to meet your budget.
