Fantastic experience: Nice lil gym,all equipment is top quality,pricey yes,but very convenient for local residents which the other closest gym is 15 miles away.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a wonderful place to get a great workout. The owner and staff make extra effort to make sure the equipment is clean and functional. Great variety of free weights and machines to provide any type of workout you desire. Members can also select the channel on TV's. Lake Asbury is lucky to have a quality gym like this in the neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: It's clean, and open 24/7 to members. Has most everything you'd require. Never really that many people there. No creepers or meatheads, very few "gym bros". Everyone I've encountered has been polite, they move out of your way when trying to get to weights or machines, they clean up after they use equipment. They don't talk or interrupt your routine. I typically go outside of business hours, so no interaction with staff, I assume they're helpful.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. It's affordable, and very rarely crowded. If you work night shift like I do, coming in here after hours is like having the place all to yourself.
