Fantastic experience: I love this place. The machinery doesn't look great to novices but hammer strength machines are really far superior to the natualus stuff. Also the staff and other members are super friendly. Really great place to work out.

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym in the city hands down. Great people, great atmosphere especially if you dislike over-crowded franchise gyms like LA fitness or Gold's. It's affordable and there are no lengthy contracts or fees. Also, USA boxing affiliated with great coaches.

Positive experience: There's a lot this place does well, and a lot it doesn't. There's nothing fancy about it, just an old-school gym with all the expected equipment. The problem is the hygiene/sanitation... I've never once seen any other member other than myself use a rag/spray to clean the equipment after use (even though it's provided) and they also seem to have no problem at all with people working out in nothing but dirty, smelly socks. I've never been to a gym that would allow this type of behavior, but at the exercise warehouse.. apparently shoes are optional.
