Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about JAM Fitness! From the facility to the programing and the excellent coaches, it has become one of the best parts of my routine. Jon and Matt actually care about your health, goals and helping you to be your best. I learn something new at each session and have fun doing it! So thankful for this place, these coaches and the punny weekly emails.

Fantastic experience: I still remember calling for information and to schedule a free assessment. I also remember, like it was yesterday, driving there for my appointment and thinking of a million reasons not to go. I was self-conscious, embarrassed, nervous, and anxious because 'this kind of gym' was for people that could lift weights and were fit. It was not for people like 'me'. I never lifted weights, I was not strong, I had knee/hip/ankle pain and was out of breath thinking about working out in this capacity. Fast forward nine months, I am not the same person I was that first day. I am stronger, have less to no knee/hip/ankle pain, and look forward to my workouts both at the gym and at home. I have never been this active, and I look forward to getting stronger and stronger every day. Here is what I love about JAM (no special order) and why I would recommend it to you: (1) The trainers (Matt, Jon, Yvonne) are knowledgeable about everything from fitness training to nutrition. They truly care about YOU. (2) It does not matter your body type, strength, or goals. The trainers assess what YOU need, what works for YOU and apply it. (3) What worked yesterday may not work today and the trainers understand that. They adjust the workout to fit what YOUR body needs. (4) They truly listen and coach you which is different than telling you what to do. They explain/demonstrate the technique, how it affects your muscles and body, and observe you to readjust the workout if needed. (5) No two workout days are ever the same. (6) The gym is clean and spacious. (7) JAM believes in YOU even when you struggle to believe in yourself. Don't let the emotions or thoughts get in the way like I almost did. Take that first step into JAM and see for yourself that you belong and that they are there to welcome and guide you! I highly recommend this gym and am a huge supporter of the team.

Fantastic experience: The JAM Fitness team is awesome and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of their training programs! I always look forward to coming to class because they make working out so much fun. Jon and Matt want to learn about your goals and help to make sure your achieve them. Fantastic experience: I love JAM! The trainers Jon and Matt are so knowledgeable and motivating. They take time with each member correcting form and pushing you to go further than what you “think” you can do. The workouts are constantly changing so you don’t get bored and aren’t always doing the same movements. I can’t recommend them enough. You won’t find a cleaner gym or better trainers around!

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym I've ever been to. Like many others I originally came here to lose weight because nothing else I tried was working. After working with Jon, Matt, and Yvonne I not only lost weight but I learned so much about nutrition, how to properly exercise, AND how to feel confident and comfortable in my own body. The trainers here truly care about their clients and we are all one big family. I am now the healthiest, strongest, and most confident version of myself. If you are looking for a place that will make you feel comfortable in and out of the gym, and that will give you more knowledge about yourself and your health than when you started then I highly recommend JAM. :)

Fantastic experience: I came to Jam with a goal to get stronger after going through back surgery and being unable to work out at the gym without consistently reinjuring myself. Jon targeted exercises that were easy on my back and slowly but surely I became stronger and learned what I can and cannot do. I have an arsenal of exercises now just for my body! Jon is knowledgeable and pushes just enough, without being bossy. I am grateful that I found this little gym in the South Hills. If your working towards a goal, no matter how small, they can help you get there.

Fantastic experience: JAM Fitness is the best place to get serious fitness results with the added bonus of stepping into a community of people that care about you and your fitness goals. Jon and Matt take the time to teach you proper form and push you whether it’s encouraging you to pick up bigger weights or cracking a joke (or a good pun) in the middle of a workout. JAM Fitness is a fun and collaborative place to get your sweat on. I spent the better part of a year telling all of my friends and family about it for good reason

Fantastic experience: Joined recently and love everything about this gym. Matt and Jon are amazing coaches that really push you to do your best and truly care about you and your progress. They make the workouts extremely fun and challenging to keep you on your toes. I went from dreading and finding excuses not to go to the gym to going to Jam 6 days a week and it being the best part of my day! Check them out! You won’t be sorry!

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome and very clean. It’s like having a personal trainer without paying a fortune. Every day is a new workout so you won’t plateau. The trainers are friendly and care about your progress. The other members are just as friendly and motivate you. I strongly suggest you give it a try.

Fantastic experience: Jon and Matt are great! There is a big focus on coaching and making sure that I’m doing the exercises correctly. The workouts are always different and fresh which makes me want to go more often. I came from LA fitness and making this change was a great decision

Fantastic experience: John and Matt are both energetic and knowledgeable about what they are teaching. They are always offering tips on how to get the most out of each exercise. The workouts are always something new which I like since I was tired of doing the same old same old of doing 3-5 sets, 8-20 reps and the cardio portion is something new as well each time.

Fantastic experience: Love coming to Innate Fitness. Matt and Jon really love what they do. They work hard to create new workouts for each day so that the classes are not boring or repetitive. They teach us how to do the exercises properly. People of all different ages participate. The class times are convenient. They start and end on time

Fantastic experience: My wife have been attending Innate for just under 8 months. If you are concerned about form or the same old work each day. Matt and John will ensure you are doing each exercise correctly and each workout is planned and completely different from day to day and even week to week which, we love. Fantastic experience: Ive been doing the zoomer program for over a year and yvonne is tremendous at adjusting exercises to my ability. I feel more energized and its easier to get around. Fantastic experience: I decided to give this brand new gym a try and I'm happy I did. Equipment is all brand new - the instructor was friendly and good at motivating me to push myself when I started slacking. I love the diversity of the workouts and the open gym setting. It made me feel like I wasn't suffering through the workout on my own. Highly suggest giving it a shot if you are on the fence - you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Innate fitness is such a unique experience! I tried a chaos class during a ladies night event (which was fab by the way) and fell in love. They make modifications available based on your fitness level while motivating you to push to your max and take as little modification as possible. How? I don't know to be honest but it was so great!

Fantastic experience: I'm loving Innate of South Hills. Highly motivated trainers that challenge you with both cardio and weights via the Chaos classes! Workouts are fun and unique every time! Great location. Clean open workout space. Love it!
