Fantastic experience: Been a member of CFCH for almost two years and I can honestly say it’s one of the most welcoming and diverse gyms I’ve ever been to! Always good vibes, good people, and we do hard things every day.

Fantastic experience: I joined CrossFit Chicago Heights 1.5 years ago to improve my mental health. I was in a dark place and it gave me the light I needed. Not only did I become a happier version of myself, I also became the healthiest I’ve ever been. But the very best thing about this gym is the community. You will never find better people to cheer you on and support you in your best and worst moments. It’s my home away from home.
