Fantastic experience: I just had a personal training session with Jonnie and let's just say I'm super sore this morning(hurts so good). Jonnie is an excellent boxing coach who is skilled at catering your workouts to fit your personal health and fitness goals. Whether you would like to train to compete for any sport or you just want to get in shape he is the man to help you accomplish your set goals he is also very patient and thoughtful when it comes to training your little ones to box check him out! You will not be disappointed! As a former fitness trainer myself who needed a push after having two children back to back I would say he is your trainers favorite trainer

Fantastic experience: Great trainer helped me win 9 championship belts! He has over 20 years of experience with boxing,went to the 1996 Olympic trials for boxing, was a jack of all trades in high school sports, great father, and great husband to his wife. Has helped a lot of kids battle with bullying, made their confidence increase, Great man/role model over all!

Fantastic experience: My daughters and I just started boxing cardio. We are training with Jonnie Davis he is one of the best trainers out there. Honest and works well the youth. Thank you the private sessions are awesome. Looking forward to knocking someone out if I need to lol.

The membership $$$ are very affordable & worth it.. Now she wants 2 be a boxer & I will support her throughout her journey.. God ain't through w/ y'all yet.. this is just the beginning..
