Fantastic experience: This space is AWESOME! My kids are into NINJA and ROCK CLIMBING! What a combo and this place has BOTH! The Isaac Caldero's Guantlet is no joke. It provided a simulated Stage 3 of ANW and will test any serious Ninja's endurance. The bouldering walls were set well. The bright colorful climbing holds set beautifully against the dark wall backdrops. This space is stunning visually in a cool small picturesque city of Chattanooga, TN. We'll be back again. Fantastic experience: I've climbed in a lot of gyms around the country and Synergy is one of my favorites. They have great setters who set fun and interesting boulders that help me train for outdoor climbing. The training boards (moon, kilter, tension, and campus) are a huge asset as well.

Fantastic experience: The upgraded facilities, amenities, and equipment are incredible. Truly spectacular. But what really gives it a fine touch and elevates the brand is the staff. They give it that ol TBA feel. Plus I told Matthew I'd give him a solid review. He's always asking me why I'm not outside.

Fantastic experience: The wife and I booked an outdoor session (our first time outside the gym) with Wills. He was awesome: helpful, patient, and even showed us a thing or two. If we lived in the area, I'd book another session in a heartbeat. We'll be back again and when we do, he'll have to show us the harder routes. We'll be ready for you!

Fantastic experience: We love climbing at Synergy! We have a family membership, and we go together at least twice a week. For kids, you'll find bouldering (no harness or ropes), climbing with a harness and auto-belay (no partner needed), and an age-appropriate ninja course. My kids spend at least two hours climbing, running and jumping every time we go.

Positive experience: The most bouldering routes I've ever seen at one place. The gym is very large and has something for every climber - from youth routes to expert ones that don't seem possible. There is also a gym area for weight training and yoga classes. The ninja course consists of multiple lanes all different and challenging in their own ways. Note the bouldering is challenging. There are several routes that are good for beginners but most of the routes are for intermediate and advanced climbers. My only complaint is that small children sometimes treat the ninja gym like a playground when unattended and it can get a little chaotic. All around a really awesome place though!

Fantastic experience: We held our son's 11th Birthday party at this AMAZING gym!! After a mistake I made about the time, they happily accommodated us by allowing us to have our party at a later time. We loved the space and will return soon. Thanks for making my son's 11th Birthday a huge success!!!

Fantastic experience: Synergy is an excellent climbing experience! It's a good place to train hard to get stronger as well as meet and make friends. The setters do an excellent job setting new and interesting problems and the Ninja warrior area is an outstanding place to challenge yourself as well as the kids area is perfect for occupying your children. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Synergy climbing is so amazing! If you haven’t been definitely need to check it out with the kids. They have a full on ninja course. My kids have also really enjoyed the camps they have offered over the summer and on school breaks. Love it!

The facility was clean and had a lot of climbing amenities. My only caution to potential customers is that other gyms might have more beginner-friendly routes.

Fantastic experience: After being all over the country in different gyms, I can honestly say that this one is in one of my top 5 if not top 3. Great equipment, route setting is superb, and every route is of a quality that once you send it, you are glad that you spent the time and effort working on it. And once you succeed, you know that you had to be pushed at any skill level. The bathrooms are immaculate. Staff can communicate in a clear concise manner for people of all backgrounds and skill levels. The ninja gym....well I'll get there, but after seeing the little kids just destroy those courses and having a blast doing it, I'll save my embarrassment for other things. Overall, 8.5 out of 10 (no one gets a 10!) for climbing (wish they had stuff to top out on, but really who cares)(and maybe they do, and I don't pay attention) Staff is 10 out of 10. Facilities and equipment, 9 out of 10. Overall 9+ out of 10. Love this place and look forward to future training.

Fantastic experience: Best climbing gym in Chattanooga. Very clean, they are enforcing proper PPE while inside the building. Climbing for all levels. The Ninja gym is awesome. Definitely recommended for all ages and skill level.

Fantastic experience: If you want an exciting combination of technical, comp-style, and burly problems, along with state-of-the art training equipment (Tension, Moonboard, Kilterboard, tread wall, full campus wall, tons of hang boards and weights), head to Synergy! Very women-friendly, too—tons of female climbers and respectful bros. Amazing owners, friendly staff, and physically open space (relative to other gyms).

Fantastic experience: Awesome climbing gym with everything you need. We walked in our first day and purchased yearly memberships. They have a Moon Board, Tension Board, Kilter Board, Spray wall, campus board and everything else you would need to get strong. The setting and setters here are phenomenal as well which is a major plus. And if you like ninja warrior activities they have that as well. Really a perfect gym for any boulderer.

We have 4 kids and they all love coming here; 1 is on the team, and another 1 is starting up with coaching. The staff is wonderful, the coaches are amazing and it’s a fun environment. This is just a wonderful place to climb and just keeps getting better.
