Fantastic experience: Good people. Good equipment. The staff is doing great at keeping equipment clean. There are stations all around the gym with cleaning spray, paper towels, and disinfectant wipes so you can wipe down equipment before and after you use it. Incredibly clean! Friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I like the setup. The lockeroom looks bigger than the one in Ooltewah. I like how they have the separate showers and blow dryers. Very clean inside and outside as well.

Fantastic experience: Great place to go for getting in shape or drop off a few pounds gym is clean, equipment is well maintained and employees treat patrons with kindness and professionalism. Plenty of room to workout it's not like you're on top of other customers. I say stop by check them out I'm sure you'll be pleasantly satisfied with their gym.

Fantastic experience: Nice staff and clean place. Went there for one day workout from out of town, great price. Compared to Planet Fitness who wanted $20 for ONE DAY!!! PF must be crazy. Friendly locals working out there too, nice atmosphere. Will be my go to gym when I'm in town.

Fantastic experience: A "Comfortable" Gym. The main thing that I like here, besides the great price and unlimited hours, is the atmosphere. No blaring romp-stomp music, no waiting for machines, and best of all, no jocks, no attitude, and no judging. Everyone there is focused on their own development, and not comparing to anyone else; you can tangibly feel the difference. Coaching is available if you want it, and otherwise you are left alone to work at your own pace. Everyone in our family is at a different level, and has different goals. This is the first place we have all felt comfortable. Five Stars!

Fantastic experience: Love this place. The staff is bomb, the equipment is great, the customers (usually) clean up after themselves, etc. Plus 24/7 and the hydro bed for the price is unbeatable. A year membership was a no brainer
