Fantastic experience: I’m so thankful for Burn Bootcamp! The workout programming is awesome. It’s difficult but Emily is always there to show you a modification, if needed, and a new challenge if you’re ready to move up! She is so encouraging and challenging without being the least bit judgmental or pushy. During the workouts, she is everyone’s cheerleader! She is always there to greet you by name with a smile each morning. The community of women is great too. It’s so nice after moving to a new city to have the same smiling faces to work out with each morning and have small talk with before and after. The child care is the cherry on top! The workers are so great and the window into the room gives moms peace of mind. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to be an example to your children when they see you through the window! I absolutely recommend Burn Bootcamp!

Fantastic experience: You won't regret walking through the doors. This place is like no other gym around. They make you feel so welcome and like youre family! I have had crazy results in just my first 3 months but the most exciting part is how much happier I am in life. I have 3 young children and have never left them with anyone but family, until Burn opened up. There childwatch is amazing and all the women there are awesome with kids. Plus their is a window that you and your children can see each other through while you enjoy your workout.The owners really strive to make it clean and an enjoyable place to be. The head trainer Emily is top notch. She is the sweetest, most dedicated person I know! She always has a positive attitude and that makes everyone around her strive to be better. Hands down best gym ive ever been too and cant believe how much my life has already change. Give this gym a try you too wont regret it!

Fantastic experience: Just Finished my first week of burn boot camp . The week was challenging (luv it) energetic, Inspirational, and so fun!! The owners and front desk staff are so welcoming and helpful!!You can tell they love what they do!! I have to say Emily their head trainer is simply amazing. She has such a great way of making everyone feel welcome and the positive energy to help you get through the challenging workout! I love her dedication, positive energy, and inspiration.!!’You can tell she absolutely loves what she does. Centerville is so lucky to have such a wonderful establishment in the Dayton area!!!
