Fantastic experience: The fact that the trainers at this gym EMPHASIZE the IMPORTANCE of proper form, there’s no need to finish this review because that’s enough to join. I have been to a few gyms, worked out with numerous trainers and they did not stress proper form or display a sufficient amount of knowledge of corrective exercises; all of this is important for workout enhancement. At this gym, there is versatility in the workouts, the trainers are well versed on physical fitness, and the facility is always cleaned. In the 6 months I’ve been a member, not only have I grown physically and mentally, I have also witnessed continuous growth in the members. If you’re looking for a gym to call home, come check this place out, I promise you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: So today was my first day at the gym, I must say the staff very professional and welcoming. Its like your not around strangers, you're around families. The trainers work along with you to make sure you're on the right path. I have a knee injury and I explained to them and they tailored every routine to fit my needs. I must say if you haven't joined corebalfit already. Its a must that you joined. If I could give 100 stars I would. Love this place keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Corebal is an amazing adult playspace for people to smash their fitness goals. The workouts target different muscle groups on different days of the week with a mix of strength circuits and tabata between each circuit. The gym is immaculately clean and always well organized. Everyone is very welcoming and will answer any questions you have in regards to excercise health and wellness. The bathrooms have showers and there is a beverage bar with refreshments.

Fantastic experience: This gym is more of a community and everyone pushes each other. If you’re looking to stay motivated and consistent this is the gym for you. You will definitely achieve your body goals.

Fantastic experience: This is a very Clean Gym. The Energy is amazing. The trainers are well-educated and NASM certified. When you walk thru the doors, they make you feel like part of the Community that is CoreBalFit. Look forward to going back and having another Great Workout!!!
