The environment and support system is really positive and great and this is a great place to go to train, exercise, get into shape and just a place to come for fun. Fantastic experience: Good place if you like ellipticals and treadmills. Limited strength training equipment, not recommended during busy times if you need a fast workout. Convenient Parking

Fantastic experience: This gym really is great. The small group classes are awesome and they make you feel welcome from day one. You will definitely sweat and lose calories! (While also laughing along the way.) You go at your own pace but also get motivated to always try a bit harder. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for that extra push to get up, work out and feel better about yourself. :)
