Fantastic experience: Great YMCA, good place to exercise & swim. Nice restrooms with showers, there's even a handicapped one with bars in shower. Which makes it nice to have something to hold onto when moving about. Wheelchair friendly, they have a pool chair for those unable to walk into pool, starts as inches & goes to about 3 feet. Lap lanes are deeper 4.6 - 5 ft. Lots of pool accessories to help you workout in water. Even have life jackets, if you need.

Fantastic experience: This YMCA is a fantastic place for family and friends, I enjoy going here even if it is just to shower. The facility is always immaculate and there is always a friendly person to greet you as soon as you walk in which I appreciate more then anything.

Fantastic experience: Great family gym! I love the staff working there, easy to talk to, and eager to help. Childcare workers have been so loving with my 3 year old, and the classes are fun! It can be a little crowded, so just come early. Bring your own towel. Take advantage of the parents night out! (Best idea EVER) I LOVEEEE our membership.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the YMCA for almost 4 years now and I love it. Seldom do I find it crowded. The summer months are crowded because of the families that are home during this time. Early mornings are busy because of the different classes that are held. They have classes that cater to anyone of any age and ability. I have taken advantage of several of them. I love the circuit room and the bicycles and treadmills. There are times when it is crowded, but I just find another exercise to do and watch for the equipment I need (like a bike) to become available. A member mentioned that old people seem to be a problem with the equipment. I had to laugh at that because there has been several times where I have witnessed young people sitting on a machine and checking their text or texting. It says on signs not to have your cell phone out, but some people do not obey the rules - young or old. This is our society. I don't have mine out because I am there to exercise. I will probably always go to the Y as long as I am in the neighborhood and able. The front desk people are fantastic and make you feel welcomed every time you come. Love the Y.

Fantastic experience: Not too much to complain about. Staff is gracious and professional. Crowded at times but parking is adequate and the desert setting spectacular. Equipment gets updated periodically and classes are well attended for those interested. Racquetball,Basketball and Pickelball add to the variety of working out. Since moving to Arizona in 2000,I've been member of four other health clubs. This one is still the best!
