The Factory - Colorado Performance Factory

Fantastic experience: My son has been going to The Factory for 2 yrs now. Travis and his team have been amazing. Not only has my son increased his strength and speed he is learning how to work out correctly/effectively and is enjoying it!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin?!! The Factory and Travis have been so amazing for Zach and his athletic journey! Zach has received individual instruction throughout the years, and Travis and the coaches have gone out of their way to help Zach meet his goals and push him to keep rising. Their speed, agility, strength, and specific sport training has highly benefited the growth of all the athletes. They have been particularly great around Zach’s ACL and Meniscus repair and have helped him stay focused, strong and return to baseball and football. The Factory is a great place for him to spend time. Great ownership, coaches, programs focus, drive and the best friendships keep Zach going back for more!

Fantastic experience: The Factory and Travis Mitchell have been an excellent experience for my son. Travis has been very helpful with workouts and advice for the athletes that frequent The Factory. The yearly baseball team that he puts together with the Factory athletes is great! I can never repay all that Travis has done to help our son pursue his dreams. Highly recommend The Factory!!

Fantastic experience: Travis and his team run an incredible training program for athletes. I've had two of my high school athletes train at The Factory and they both improved a great deal in strength, speed, and form. The trainers teach techniques for training specific to each athletes sport which helps them to become better athletes. This place is family for our boys.

Fantastic experience: We have two high school aged boys training at The Factory. Will is more focused on football and Sam is more baseball/football. The speed and strength training as well as the ability to work on hitting and throwing has been great for their development. Travis and the team are awesome with the kids and provide great instruction and guidance. The best part is that the boys love going there to work out. We are very happy with our experience at The Factory and highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: The Factory is a place that my daughter loves to go to. The fun, positive gym environment gives her confidence with a sense of motivation that gets her working hard. There has already been so much improvement with my daughters sport that has to do with her working out at the factory. She always leaves the gym feeling like she worked the hardest she could for that particular day. I strongly recommend the Factory for anyone who is dedicated to getting their body strong and their athletic performance at a higher level.

Fantastic experience: Travis is fantastic. He and his coaching staff are highly knowledgeable and it is extremely impressive to see the level of talent in the players who have been working at the factory furthering their strength and development. Travis and Nick did me personally a huge favor when my son fractured his knee cap playing. He had a long tough road back to recovery but thanks to the factory he has regained his form and is stronger than ever. I highly recommend any family looking for their son or daughter in baseball, football, soccer, lacrosse, softball...whatever to get faster, stronger, more explosive, look no further than the Factory in Castle Rock.

Fantastic experience: The factory recently moved to a new location which has allowed the team to add some top notch equipment. My kids' running form and speed have greatly improved allowing them to have confidence on the soccer field. Their confidence in sports has also lead to confidence in the class room. All of the coaches have a great attitude and are always positive with the kids. They push them just enough that they continue to improve week after week. Even when other sports and activities get in the way, a quick drop in keeps the boys active (especially in the winter when outdoor activities are cancelled).

Fantastic experience: The Factory- incredible people. Outstanding place for ANY kind of athlete. Physical and mental strength, relationships, extremely positive environment. Travis, Cameron, & Nick specifically have been vital to both of my boys healing this last year. As my oldest completed his long and grueling chemotherapy for leukemia and my youngest started his rehab for Tommy John surgery, there is no better place they could have gone. My oldest has gained 44 lbs and not an ounce of fat on him. My youngest is back to pitching and hitting. Both are ready to get back on the field and dominate this season. Very happy to be a part of The Factory family!

Fantastic experience: My two boys have been training at The Factory for over a year now doing speed and strength training. Travis has been a great coach and teaches proper techniques. There are also a great collection of coaches that work with Travis. The results have been incredible with both of my boys getting faster and stronger.

Fantastic experience: My son played his freshman year in college lacrosse last year and he told his coach he wanted to see the field more his sophomore year. Coach told him to get stronger. We signed up with the Colorado Performance Factory over the summer and so far this season he has seen a ton of playing time. The biggest change was confidence in the foundation that he has built to deserve to play. His brother, a hockey player, is also working with The Factory with good results.

Fantastic experience: Travis & his staff @ The Factory are top notch in their knowledge base, one on one approach and overall environment they have created for these young athletes. The programs, goals & mindset they are presenting are bringing out the best in my son & his teammates to truly excel on and off the field. They have my full confidence & endorsement as a former MLB player!

Fantastic experience: We cannot say enough positive things about The Factory. We have twin 12 year old daughters that are hockey players and they needed to work on strength and agility during the off season. A friend recommended trying The Factory and it was exactly what we were looking for And More! On the days they went to train there they were really excited, had a great time while there and their growth in their strength and agility was quite noticeable. As a parent I like it when there are small groups, personable trainers and there’s an emphasis on doing every movement or exercise properly which is so important with kids (adults too). Great place with great people!!

Fantastic experience: Travis has been a great trainer for both of our children. They have both gained strength and explosiveness as a result of being at the Factory. We have also seen a reduction in injuries for our daughter. Training at the Factory also helped her to secure a place on a college volleyball team for 2020-21.
