Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff and group classes as well as complimentary towels! As of June 2022, there are expanded hours now Monday through Friday from 6am to 8pm. No weekend hours at this time There has been some recent equipment added to the gym most notably being new squat racks so minimal to no wait if looking to get a rack. Group classes are starting to ramp back up as well as fun challenges for the competitive gym goers! If you are a regular at the RTP office or nearby, definitely check them out for getting your workout in!

Positive experience: New equipment is needed and classes should be more repetitive as few classes were unable to accommodate all.

Fantastic experience: It is only for Cisco employees or if you are friends with any of the people working in Cisco, you might get a guest pass for some Dollars and use the Cisco gym.

Positive experience: It's a corporate gym, not sure what kind of review you were hoping for :). They have adequate facilities, but of course it's only accessible to Cisco employees. :)
