Fantastic experience: It’s an amazing gym friendly staff it’s clean it’s a big gym there have a woman only section there have a place for kids it’s like a little play place there have a sauna clean showers and bathrooms they have a big locker room they have someone who does CrossFit training there it’s in a good area near a place that sells protein shakes and everything it’s the perfect gym

Fantastic experience: This is a solid club, with good and wide-ranging equipment, plenty of floor space and good staff. I've been here 4 years in April; going from 215 to 185 lbs. With the new crossfit training area, new Olympic bars, new cable racks (soon), new ellipticals, treadmills and now a reduced volume of music (yay!), It has stepped up, becoming the best gym deal in Cartersville, in my not so humble opinion. Try it out !

Fantastic experience: The only gym i will have a membership with. Great location, all the equipment you will need and the membership options are the best. I go there at 3am before work. Its nice when the gym is empty, like its my own gym. So if you're interested in joining a gym, i recommended Real Life.

The facility had been updated tremendously in the last year and has everything you could possibly want to use in a workout! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for over 2 years. Great place to workout, socialize and just plan have fun. They don’t care if your big, small, overweight are don’t know a thing about working out. The staff is always there to support. New guy Jim from the gym is there to greet you. I usually come at 2:30 am and weights are always on there holders. They just got some beast of machines. I recommend you check them out.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience training for a CrossFit competition. Robert Cox was instrumental in helping my team and I prepare for the event . He was patient and provided helpful tips in improving technique and efficiency during the movements . The environment is encouraging and motivating . It’s fitting for beginners and advanced lifters. I would recommend dropping in for a class with Robert .

Fantastic experience: Great classes - awesome staff - TONS of equipment this gym is HUGE! Love the CROSS TRAINING classes because the trainer pushes me to work - dry saunas and racquetball! Love it!

Fantastic experience: Great staff and fun classes! The gym and locker rooms are always clean and tidy which is a plus. If equipment is down it’s always fixed promptly so you never have to go too long without your favorite machine! I love having a separate women’s section too!

I have never been one to really be interested in "going to the gym" on a regular basis until I discovered Real Life Fitness in Cartersville, GA! I love the group fitness options and all the equipment they offer! Interested in a trainer? They have you covered in that area as well! I seriously enjoy my trainer: she is SO sweet and encouraging! She does a great job with keeping in contact with me through out the week, even on days when I'm training on my own and I really appreciate that! Not to mention that the owners of this gym are BOMB! To say the least, I am more than pleased with my experience and I highly recommend this individually owned gym where the staff and owners treat you like family! I LOVE it here! :-)

Fantastic experience: We've been members at this gym for over 15 years and I can't say enough great things about it. Everyone is super friendly and the classes are so much fun and they offer a great variety. The gym is absolutely huge and has tons of equipment including raquetball. I love all of the group fitness options and the instructors are awesome!

Fantastic experience: Our family has been working out here for almost 10 years. My wife loves the group fitness classes and our kids enjoy coming during school breaks and Summer vacation. It's an all around good fit for our family of six!
