Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I like this gym, i wanted a place near to my job here in Carp, the place is big enough and its open to the parking lot so you have fresh air all the time (convenient with all this pandemic situation), they have weights, machines, cardio areas, stretching areas, i will definitely recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: I went to TurboFit before that closed (previous gym in same location), and am now a very happy member of Rincon Fitness. The classes are SO MUCH BETTER now, with a variety of instructors that have different focuses. Kevin is a great owner and encourages everyone to do their best at the gym. He's really turned this place around with his excellent staff and kind demeanor!

Fantastic experience: I had previously written a negative review of the business because of incorrect charges to a family member account. The owner Kevin responded to my review the same day and took care of the problem himself. The gym refunded us and gave us a bonus credit. I'm very pleased to how quickly the problem was resolved. Fantastic experience: Can’t tell you how amazingly pleasing the staff and ownership of this Gym are! The guys at the front desk have been nothing but accommodating and helpful, the owner Kevin is a great guy and is very helpful! Fantastic experience: I love this gym! It’s small and not intimidating like other gyms. The staff and instructors are so helpful and friendly. The classes are amazing!! Instructors take the time to get to know you and incorporate work outs/areas of interest. They really listen! It’s great!

Fantastic experience: Good gym only thing was the owner. He came up to me in the middle of my workout and told me my monthly payment was declined and the beginning of the month hasn't even started yet. He gave me chance to go in and pay it (not like if I wasn't going to I actually like the facility) I just think he could've approached the situation in a different way than his eyes wide open skin beet red and ask me if I had a credit card on me because the one I had was declined. Overall good gym just don't get on the owners bad side.
