Fantastic experience: Back in gym after Pacer Implant surgery just Last Wed. YES, I'm following my Dr orders of No Left Arm Work over 10 lbs. Surgeon thinks my 6 month health plan here contributed greatly to quik recovery from surgery to normal activities. Your nutrition/workout program took me from 42 waist at 226 lbs in Oct 2018 to 34 waist at 182 today. Thank you Brown's Team. Best investment I ever made in my health. And it's fun, too.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Browns. They have loads of machines, free weights and a clean locker room area with plentiful lockers and a steam room. They are a "no frills" gym. They don't "hard sell" you to join or offer any aerobics/classes. You join and you just do your work out... but they are there to help you out if needed. I have only been a few times so far, but the machines I want to use are always free. NOT over crowded.
