Fantastic experience: Been coming to this gym for awhile now and it's the best in the sugar land area, plus the membership is reasonable and they have a wide selection of equipment.

Fantastic experience: I love Kinetix! I am a new member who just joined this year. They have a variety of equipment, nice staff, and the membership is affordable. They have different options for memberships. The no-contract memberships are godsend which I personally like because of my crazy scheduling. No extra fees like a joining fee! It's also very clean and spacious so you don't have to fight for equipment. The community here is very diverse. If you want a great workout, come here!

Fantastic experience: I love Kinetix so much. I’m so used to going to these chain & commercial gyms where it’s overcrowded and low quality. The thing that I love most about Kinetix is that it’s not only a gym but an experience. Since it’s a community gym, it’s large enough and equipped enough to where I can get what I need done without the hassle of fighting over equipment and have to feel like I’m fighting through a crowd. Everything is in house, not only do they have bathrooms with showers and lockers, but they also have trainers, nutritionists, a massage therapist on site, child care services, group classes, meal preps for sell and a 3D body scanner on site to track your progress in terms of body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, etc. This gym is truly a fitness center, equipped with everything you need regardless if you’re a casual gym goer or an avid one that is training for a show. Literally a one stop shop, if I could give 1000 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite gym ever! Everyone is so nice and friendly. My trainer is excellent and the atmosphere at the gym is welcoming. There is a lot of various equipment and the gym is spacious so it never seems crowded.

Fantastic experience: This is a top of the line fitness facility. It's clean, organized, spacious with high-quality equipment. Atmosphere is everything, and this fitness and wellness center delivers. From the Sauna, a variety of classes and massges, you will receive what you need. The staff are friendly. It's a homey yet a professional environment. The owners are awesome! Very attentive and engaging. There is always laughs and "good" music. The people who frequent the center are pleasant too! One of my favorite small details is HGTV is on in the ladies locker room.

Fantastic experience: A great locally owned gym. A friendly staff that will help you get started. People in all stages of their fitness journey are there. They have all the equipment needed to become a healthier version of you. I highly recommend at least coming to take a tour.

Fantastic experience: This place is like a secret gem hidden away in some Indiana Jones movie. Quietly tucked away. Great equipment and more new stuff always showing up. Something for everybody here. Tons of variety as far as weights and machines. One side of the gym is a sprint and floor-work area. All around the gym, there's lots of cardio equipment, free-weights, and machines. They offer indoor fitness classes, planned outdoor group activities, great trainers, and even a badass boxing room and full-size boxing ring if you are into that or want to try something new. Perfect for young beginners to big guys and gals too. If you are into bodybuilding, there's something magical about the lighting here that makes your physique POP. (You know what I mean.) Been a member for about 2+ years now. LOVE IT.

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommended this gym! The new owners, Karen and Neil, respect your needs. I appreciate that when I raised something with Veronica (yoga instructor) the next week the problem was solved respectfully and with kindness. Wishing them the best future in their business.

Fantastic experience: Forward moving fitness center! I'm a trainer/massage therapist there and we have the best equipment in town. We are super community oriented but at any given time you may find a professional body builder, movie star, professional athlete, a doctor, a model or your next door neighbor. With all of that said, we treat everyone like family!!! I might also argue that we have the cleanest facilities from the front door to the back door.

Fantastic experience: I hope I don't sound redundant but its true that this gym is really nice! And Travis really is an amazing personal trainer. This gym kind of gives off the small town personal feel that makes someone feel comfortable and confident in it. I have never seen it crowded. I have never had to wait to use any equipment. I appreciate how nice and welcoming people are here. Such a great place to work out.

Fantastic experience: As a member I can say this gym has been totally worth my time and membership over the years. Located in a great spot that is easy to access with plenty of parking as well. I've been working out with Travis Johnson for a couple of years and his goal is to make sure you meet your goals. I will continue to recommend the facility as the equipment and even the other trainers and members I've spoken to throughout my time as a member make it worth giving a try if you haven't had a chance to visit. It's worth it!
