Fantastic experience: The only person that has worked well with me with my limitations, yet pushing me enough to see fantastic progress in just 3 months! I've learned to love working out with her (just not burpees) and she is just as great a person as a trainer.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Paris Fit studios for almost 6 months now and it has been a game changer.She is flexible and always works with me to adjust my schedule if unexpected changes come up. She also has an amazing app that I can use on days that I can’t make it to the gym which I am truly grateful for. The app is user friendly and with being new to the fitness world, I need all the help I can get. Her app is organized and easy to navigate. I am able to find ideas for healthy meals, track my progress with data, pictures and an extensive list workouts to choose from. I train with Noel about 3x a week and I am OBSESSED. She listens to her clients to make sure they reach their goals. I have noticed great improvement in my body and my strength is increasing. One of my goals this year was to build my leg strength and with Noel’s help now my calf muscles are popping and I couldn’t be happier. I always look forward to our sessions and I have never felt more empowered, strong and capable than I do when I walk into this gym. I’m excited to set new fitness goals to bring me into the new year and continue to be loyal to my self-care.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Paris Fit's Noel for three years through international travel and the pandemic. I work with her once a day whether it be a virtual class or an in person training. Ive worked with trainers all my life as I am a professional actress and I've never found someone as detail oriented and devoted to the betterment of her clients' bodies than Noel. I am excited for the new 5:30 classes, core control, and butts and guts....took Arneisha last night and she was amazing. Cannot say enough about Paris Fit.......

Fantastic experience: I went here on a whim with a class pass and it was great! Paris has so much great equipment that it kept the workout fun and interesting and the time flew by. She was also great about giving me modifications for an injury I have which I really appreciated! I’m moving out of the area soon but I’ll definitely try to get back a couple more times before I leave! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Noel has deify all obstacles from birth to present. She has a driven drive that is unthinkable. She is kind, caring and put people first. Unselfish, motivated. An archeologist who was told she didn't belong at home and abroad but defied that obstacle and became the first in her class to work on a Government project for Philadelphia Girad &95. Offered a position on the Arch Street for another archeology project for bones found at the site. She met in a car accident that change her course in life to her now position as a personal trainer motivating and giving back to her community to educate other about maintaining good health. She has organizations multiple toy drive for christmas for the needy. Provide food for homeless in Kensington donate cloth she collected for homeless and has raised money for CHOP. She is a all around force to recond with.

Fantastic experience: Paris is an AMAZING trainer! I’m not someone who likes to exercise, but I can honestly say that I enjoy my workouts with Paris. They are challenging (as they should be!) but Paris makes them fun. She switches up the workouts each session, and the time flies. Paris is so nice, and she is also very accommodating and flexible and is able to work around my schedule. Deciding to work out with a personal trainer is one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I’m so glad I found Paris - she is the best! :)

Fantastic experience: Paris Fit was extremely personal and professional with me and my 13yr. old son, who is extremely reserved. She was able to motivate and helped kick start his esteem in a positive direction. I knew I struck Gold when he asked to continue work out sessions with Paris Fit. She’s the type you like to see WIN in life because she’s about encouraging others and with that we WIN as a result!

Fantastic experience: The pink gym is so welcoming and way less intimidating than your average gym. Noel is great! She is more than just a trainer. She motivates you to reach your fullest potential. She pushes you to new heights that you couldn’t even imagine reaching. The atmosphere at Paris Fit is so chill and Noel is so down to earth. Although your whole body may be burning, you are still having fun. Noel truly makes exercising and fitness enjoyable. It’s definitely a one of a kind experience!

Fantastic experience: Paris Fits is just that ….she fits the needs of her clients ….Once Covid hit o stop going to the gym and I left my last trainer because I was nervous about working out in a group and I had a hard time finding another trainer to meet my needs until I was referred to Paris…. She’s a dedicated trainer this isn’t only your journey she’s on it with you and pushing you hard at the same time. I can honestly say my trainer is really better thanks yours

Fantastic experience: This is a great addition to Old City. The studio is bright, clean and welcoming. My trainer, Noel is knowledgeable, creative and encouraging. So I can see why her longtime clients are following her here from the Rittenhouse square area. Since I have been working with her my balance has improved and putting dishes on top shelves is easier. She is good at adjusting workouts for seniors like me.

Fantastic experience: I never write reviews.... but Noel at Paris Fit deserves this stellar review and so many more! I reached out to Noel once before the pandemic and then again recently... not only did she respond promptly both times, but she remembered me and my specifics (that I have a little girl). She was immediately engaging and warm, she was welcome to the idea that my 4 yo might have to tag along sometimes and she actively included her in the workouts during those times. I opened up to her about going through a separation and perhaps ultimately the possibility of divorce...she has been a, if not THE driving force behind keeping me motivated and on track. I can’t thank her enough! She is willing to be flexible with schedule, as well as forming the workouts to fit exactly my needs. I’m excited to see what I look and feel like in the future with the help of this amazing soul! (And trainer!)

Fantastic experience: I have been with Noel and Paris Fit for over 1 year. Working out is my least favorite thing to do but Noel makes it happen . I immediately liked Noel, her bright studio n hard but effective workout and feeling great for the day. The zoom classes, with varied times and styles of exercise, make it easy to continue. Noel made sure I got work stretch bands n weights(in fashionable pink) and stays on top of communication and inspiration. AND I loved the Zumba outdoor ‘party’ on the Camden waterfront. Thank You Noel! (And mighty impressed with her business savvy)

The studio has all different types of equipment and is super clean. She is so fun and compassionate to all clients, I can’t say enough good things about her!

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure if the bright pink gym would be a good fit, but I thoroughly enjoy this fitness studio. The classes are great and you can attend as many as you want for a reasonable flat rate. There are a lot of options and the owner Paris is very in tune with goals/issues etc. I had a back issue of my own and she worked with me to get me going after a hiatus, and I am quickly seeing the results. This place is definitely worth a visit and the classes are good for any type of goal.

Fantastic experience: Noel is such a great trainer and so kind! I love all the different classes so when I come in each night I'm doing something different. Today was Zumba and the instructer Genoveve was great. All these workouts are kicking my butt!!
