Fantastic experience: Major upgrade from Snap Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Great facility with great equipment, staff, and members. But the place gets super muggy inside and they don’t have nearly enough fans to circulate the air inside. Be prepared to sweat with minimal effort.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank 413 Manager Sommer Luna and their staff (Marco and Lily) for their exceptional work. They went beyond their scope of duties to help me locate my car keys that were taken by mistake. They took the time to view the cameras and contact the members. Although, the keys were returned days later, due to their extensive efforts the keys were returned. Thank you Sommer for coming in to the gym, when it was not required. Your effort is highly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality This is the best gym to work out at when i go home to visit. I go there quite frequently and I always speak with the manager, Somer. She is simply the best and knows everything about the gym. anytime I had a question or concern she was always super helpful and able to figure out a way. Best gym in the valley, hands down.

Fantastic experience: I was looking forward to coming to this gym. I've been to the old location years ago, but I live in North Carolina so it's been a few years. It's such a great atmosphere and there is such a great variety of workout equipment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. I travel every week and have visited tons of gyms, this one is easily top 5. Staff member (Avri) was understanding of my situation and got me in quickly and efficiently. Equipment wise it will have all the favorites plus some stuff I’ve never seen. Wish I had an excuse to go back!

Fantastic experience: Took my son here to get his body fat measured for his enlistment. The owner/trainer was very knowledgeable and great. Afterwards he took us on a tour of the gym and this is not your fancy type of gym giving you pizza and bagel's. It's true to the grind and yet really clean and organized. Has that old school vibe to it with modern equipment and lots of free weights. People around had smiles in there face while putting in work. No intimidation what so ever. Great place to workout.

Fantastic experience: I've played sports and been into fitness all of my life. Even as a professional in my mid 30's, I lift, do cardio, and still play sports recreationally. I was in El Centro for 5 months for a work assignment and became a member of 4:13. This gym is clean, has modern equipment, friendly staff, and is not overcrowded. I tried out a number of other gyms in the Valley and they did not compare. If you are looking for a no BS gym, I strongly recommend 4:13.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of the gym for 2 years now, and I have yet to find one thing I don't like. The membership comes at a reasonable price considering the equipment/classes you have access to, and it is extremely flexible such as being able to pause payments on your membership if you get too busy to come in one month. Great staff, great atmosphere. I highly recommend joining 4:13.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, a great gym. I travel a lot due to my job making me try a new gym at least every month. There is an awesome atmosphere and the best part of it all is that there is no ego lifting. I gotta give a thumbs up to Ulices making this gym one of the top 3 gyms I've ever been to and thats at least 50 different gyms. Quality equipment and plenty of squat racks which it is not something you see everyday.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, friendly staff that answers all your questions, opened 24/7 with a lot of cardio equipment and I love all the classes, Zumba, spinning, yoga, cardio kick boxing and bootcamp. The crossfit area and out door turf is awesome. I hate it but love it at the same time.

Fantastic experience: 4:13 is the perfect example of what a gym should be. I am 31 yrs old and have never joined a gym because I have always been intimidated by them. I was always self conscious about using the equipment thinking someone will make fun of me for not using it right. The staff is super helpful and easy to approach about all your concerns and questions. Open 24/7, affordable rates, fantastic staff, I think I found the perfect gym.

Fantastic experience: After relocating to the Valley from the east coast a priority was to find a fitness center. After spending a little over a year at a fitness center on the south side of EL Centro I became very dissatisfied with the upkeep of the facility, equipment and lack of courtesy by management towards it's members. After visiting 4:13 I quickly felt the positive vibe. The one stop fitness center has a variety of classes with excellent instructors and workout equipment to meet your needs. The flexibility of working indoor or outdoors is a plus as well as having a great staff and management.

Fantastic experience: Great multifunction facilty (free weights, cables, cross-fit in/outdoors). I also like the fact is it's not a sweatbox lol, good A/C. Attentive friendly staff, and a variety of exercise classes. Not even a year in existence. I recommend this gym over others!

Fantastic experience: 4:13 Fitness is an amazing gym, affordable, and has a great environment. Managers are awesome and will help you out with any question you have I highly recommend this gym than any other gym in the valley. I believe its better than Snap and Joe's Power House. You regret it!
