Fantastic experience: It a good place to work out I enjoy the environment and the vibe

Positive experience: Sad to see this gym in decline. No excuse for rude trainers & many rude members. Old equipment not well maintained. Twice I had bleeding cuts from faulty equipment and nothing done about it. Crazy. Management mostly absent from premises. To the owners credit, however, they managed to stay open through much of Covid which was a blessing. BTW, I was a member here 19 years but no more.

Fantastic experience: I am new in this Gym, I had not idea that this place was just cross street from Kaiser. My neighbor recommended me a personal trainer "Mehidi", I just started my sessions with him. He is very acknowledged, kind and passionate, also very patience, very important for me. The Gym is very well equipped, quite this is very impressive for me since I had been in others gyms very noisy with laud music or people talking laud. Woman bathroom very clean as well the showers. I am not sure is the sauna is working but it's a plus. So far, I am glad that I got my membership in this Gym.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here since High School before it was Flex, when it was WHAC, even when it was Gold's back in the day. I LOVE this place. I no longer live local, but when I am in town I still love coming here.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym, I love they layout and variety of equipment. Seems like it has some great classes not that I have tried any but all the equipment you could ever want and in great condition. The front house staff and all the trainers are crazy friendly. Will be going back without a doubt!
