Positive experience: Great family owned business run by a sweet couple. Agreeing with fellow reviewers that the female trainer is amazing! Very helpful in understanding form and proper mechanisms to prevent injury. Male trainer is an interesting one, I’ve only seen him a few times and he’s usually bumping really loud Alan Walker tunes. One time he asked me to play a questions game with him in the middle of my workout, didn’t really see the point but he seems sweet and the great lady trainer must be with him for a reason!

Positive experience: Great gym, good equipment. The female trainer really knows her stuff and great at keeping you motivated with free dumplings. Can’t say the same for the male trainer, which is the reason for the 3 star rating. Super creepy, just stares at you from the corner of the room while eating banana chips.

Positive experience: Great gym. I love the motivational quotes on the wall and the set schedule with different types of workouts. The lady is very dedicated to workouts and is a great role model! The guy keeps offering me chocopies or any types of chocolates everytime I go there! For this I give it 3 stars. Good people though!

Positive experience: Great gym, love the mirrors. The female trainer was awesome and kept my hydrated throughout my workout. The other trainer kept muttering to himself "How can she slap" while lifting.

Fantastic experience: A perfect place to wind down and train your muscles. The lady trainer is bomb. Absolutely in Love with her!! She makes sure you work all your forms properly and finish happy. The session isn't monotonous at all. There are enough funny distractions throughout. There is a guy who does speed deadlifts and can't stop looking at himself while lifting. He is fun to watch.
