facility This yoga studio is a peaceful and uplifting place where you can explore a wide variety of yoga, meditation, and energy medicine. The 2000 square foot facility is ADA accessible and can accommodate all ages and levels.

Megan is offering private Yoga Therapy, Marma Therapy, Energy Healing & personalized classes. To schedule, call or text 262-767-1111. The studio no longer offers public group classes.

The Insight Timer app provides access to Megan's meditations as well as a large free meditation library. This allows you to easily find and use meditation resources whenever you need them.

You don't need special yoga clothes to do yoga - you can wear your pajamas if you want to! (Or maybe you already do that at the studio?)

If you're feeling stuck in your head and need a way to release some tension, try an embodied practice! Laughter, tears, and bodily noises are all great ways to let go of old patterns and clear your mind.

I'm very happy to report that my neuropathy has greatly improved. Every morning, before I even get out of bed, I do the somatic yoga exercises you showed me for my feet, ankles, knees, and hips. I still have periodic episodes of neuropathy in my feet (usually at night), but they're much less frequent. And when I do have them, the pain is much less severe because I do the somatic movements for my toes and ankles. I'm so thankful for all your help and advice. You've made a HUGE difference in the quality of my daily life!

I was looking for a way to handle my anxiety without drugs and found it with Megan. I learned energy healing from her, which brought me peace and a greater awareness of my body. I also learned about ayurvedic medicine from her and now use it daily. I highly recommend her classes and CD to anyone looking for relaxation and healing.

Fantastic experience: Truly a place for your mind, body, & soul! A friend introduced me to yoga when visiting her & Bear Foot has been a perfect fit to continue. It has added some much peace, wellness, and friendships to my life! Love this place and love Megan! The workshops she offers also a great enhancement to my growing practice. An awesome addition to Burlington!!!
