WellZone at Alamance Regional

The LifeStyle Center at Alamance Regional strives to help residents of the community live healthier and more well-rounded lives. Through a variety of programs, the center works to educate and support individuals in making positive changes to their lifestyle. Whether it’s improving nutrition, getting active, or managing stress, the LifeStyle Center can provide the resources and guidance needed to help people reach their wellness goals.

The WellZone is a 4,000 square foot fitness center located on the ground floor of Alamance Regional Medical Center. The center offers a variety of medical and fitness services to the community.

The Alamance WellZone has re-opened with some changes to keep all of our members and employees safe and healthy. These changes currently include:

The WellZone at Alamance Regional is staffed with certified exercise professionals Monday to Friday. Our certified exercise professionals have at least a four year degree in an exercise science related field and are able to work with members of all fitness levels.
