Fantastic experience: Full disclosure: I'm a tenant here, so I'm a little biased :) For me, aside from not have a pool (the YMCA is literally right down the street), this gym is perfect for me. As an Exercise Science degree holder, there is little that this gym CAN'T do for you. Want good old cardio? Check, they've got your back. Want to lift heavy? Check, they've got you! Want Yoga, HIIT, Personal training sessions, Spin, or some of each in the same workout session, they've got you! What tops it all off for me is that every single one of the people I've met behind the desk has been super cool. I've met vets of the gym and people on their first day and all have been welcoming, friendly, and helpful. No matter if you live here or are just part of the community and looking for a place to improve your health, the BFC is the place! 11/02/2022 UPDATE! Still awesome, still great staff, still super convenient and clean! However, there have been UPGRADES! The gym is even more up to date and diverse in what you can accomplish for your fitness goals there! New floors, new stairs, new equipment! All they need is new YOU! Thank you BFC!

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a gym with so many exercise machines. You don't have to wait. Since I am over 65, my health insurance pays the month fee. You can't be free.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Burbank hands down. I’ve worked out in probably 100 different gyms over the years, and this is near the top of the list. Being in the fitness industry, I can work out at other gyms for free, but choose to pay and come here every day. This is because of the culture and atmosphere they’ve created.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved to Burbank and using BFC for the the first couple of days here are some feedback I have: 1 - Best pricing around. Before I signed up I tried to take tours of other gyms in the surrounding area and the other seemed borderline predatorial. When I signed up for a trial at the other gyms, they pressured me into just signing on altogether. It was when they sat me down did they lay out all the EXTRA fees (monthly gym maintenance fee, one-time annual fee, just to name a few) on top of the "low monthly fee" they advertised on their site. People at BFC were super chill. Will gave me a tour, asked if I had any further questions and didn't pressure me to sign on. That's the reason why I came back. PLUS no hidden fees, period. Even waived the activation fees. 5 stars there. 2 - Had all the equipment I needed. Squat racks, machines, free weights, spacious rooms where I can do abs quietly, everything. It was really great quality. I will note that for the main deadlift equipment there is a slight crack in the ground, but doesn't affect my overall workout. Everything is clean which is a huge plus. Fairly big lockers too for daily use. 3 - The vibe is super relaxing. People are really nice, wipe down after they use the equipment, and are overall considerate with face masks and social distancing. I really appreciate that. Wifi is decent too, never had speed issues. Overall I was super pleased in finding this place, even though the other gyms said "there are no other comparable gyms around the area." Do your research. Take tours. Don't be pressured into signing on immediately. If you're looking for an honest review, this is one from a recently joined member. No buyer's remorse here. If you see me, say hi! Always down for gym buddies :D

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a year and half now. It’s such a perfect size gym with everything that I need. Also walking distance in the heart of downtown Burbank. I love all the staff and the gym is kept very clean. The price is also unbeatable compared to other big chain box gyms. This place really truly feels like a family and people know one another. Plenty of free parking and you can walk around downtown burbank right but after for food and drinks etc. Highly recommend.

I love the group fitness classes and instructors. As a runner, I appreciate the wide variety of machines and equipment to assist me in my goals.

Fantastic experience: My life and journey of fitness is not over and never will. Came out to LA at 109 pounds and eating scarcely I guess. Didn’t know I was that low till my friend invited me to a training session at BFC and I got on the scale. Yet I thought I would hate the gym cause being so small and weak and scrony. Feeling I can’t do much. Then look at me now. Waking up going to the gym in the morning. Making gains and over the years building my self confidence up. And lessening my fears of the gym. BFC is my place to be. The staff are super nice. And even when you need a spot and you made some gym friends you don’t feel scare to ask for a spot. The staff and people are nice. Especially during this covid 19 scare the staff and facility made it even more clean. Now even some of the bigger people and people I don’t even know and people I know are starting to comment I am putting on size and I am up at around 128 or so now as body weight. So far I am doing something right.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of the burbank fitness club for many years now. This is a very friendly gym with wonderful staff members. They always greet you by name when you arrive and when you leave. This simple gesture gives you a wondeful sense of belonging. I particularly want to acknowledge Dominick, Victor and Maria for their consistansy in caring for the members.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this fitness club for more than 7years now and the constants have been the friendly staff, clean and spacious faculty and most of all a regular upgrading of the equipment and keeping them working efficiently.

Positive experience: Nice gym. Friendly staff. Modern equipment. Clean. Great functional training area. Only thing separating it from 5 stars is a sub par locker room that could use a good update.

Fantastic experience: What can I say, I love this gym. When it closed down during the pandemic it was so sad.....since coming back they have done a really phenomenal job at making sure everything is really clean. Im so impressed with how often they clean the equipment, every time I am there someone is cleaning the equipment, its amazing! I feel so comfortable coming back and working out again! Love this place so much!

Fantastic experience: I lived in Burbank for 8 years and this gym has been my go-to from day 1,(under different owners and names of course). It wasn't until this last ownership/management that I truly felt this gym is something else. They remodeled, brought in new equipment, and added a lot more classes. The front desk is always extremely nice and helpful too. For full disclosure, I did work at this gym for a short period of time. I was in between jobs and the management helped me get back on my feet until I started my new career. This is the type of environment this gym creates. It feels like home and you feel like you see all your neighbors. I moved to Sherman Oaks and I tried to find a new gym close to my house, but I can't find another gym that I can compare to Burbank Fitness Club. So I'm still going here and training with one of their personal trainers, Ceri, who is absolutely amazing. So, I would highly recommend Burbank Fitness Club as a go-to gym.

Fantastic experience: Recent new member as of early spring 2021 and am happy I made the switch from another local health club to Burbank Fitness Club. Clean facility, competitive rates, expansive cardio and free weight areas, good size rooms for classes. All good stuff. However most especially is the staff. Friendly, helpful, available. Jocelyn, Aleisha, Dominic are some I know by name but impressed with all. I don't usually post reviews but compelled to when it comes to this place. Highly recommend Burbank Fitness Club for all no matter what one's level is - dedicated gym goer or new to exercise. Won't disappoint.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member here for a few years. It’s a great place with many types of cardio machines, the full gamut of weight machines and a good selection of classes. Staff are friendly and helpful, gym is always clean and machines are well-maintained. They’ve done so much to upgrade while they were closed during the stay home order and there is plenty of room to maintain social distancing. I’m so happy they are open again!

The cleaning lady cleans constantly. Sanitizers, wipes and everything thats needs to be in handy, is available in every step. Fantastic experience: Is gym life? Well...to me it is! Burbank Fitness Club keeps surpassing all the gyms I’ve been to. Top tier equipments, professional cleaning crew, gym staff, and the management is just straight GOLD standard to say the least. Let me tell you about this gym if you’re curious for yourself. This gym has everything you need! The AC is modified with UV lighting for clean circulated air, sanitation stations every which way you look, organized weights and friendly gym members. The layout is large and spacious. A lot of room to do your workouts without anyone asking “is that your water bottle?” The gym is feeling more like an end of the day spa/workout than your typical after work stress crowd that has a “I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired” energy. Love Burbank Fitness Club. This gym has set the bar!

Fantastic experience: Great experience being a member of Burbank Fitness Club. The staff is always welcoming when you walk in. The equipment is kept in good shape. I moved out of the area back in October so I had to close my membership. All done with no hassle. If I ever move back to the area I will be returning to this gym.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality This place is one of the best out there. The post COVID-19 planning is perfect. It makes you feel well protected. BFC took all the protective measures to keep theirs members at ease and safe. The place is spotless clean, and I had a great Father’s Day workout with my son.

Fantastic experience: As good as it gets! From the management to the cleaning staff.. smiles and client services with all the good stuff one needs to kick it into gear! This gym just isn't a pretty face tho... ALL the good stuff is inside of there. Classes, personal trainers, free weights, isolation machines, sauna with infrared light, and all you need to pull it back together when you're done! I AM LOVING IT! and I'm betting you will too!

Fantastic experience: This place is great- clean, not crowded, lots of equipment, and the management and staff is so much nicer than when it was Burbank Fitness. They always great you when you check in, have complementary small workout towels , saunas, and a remodeled locker room. Not sure why some of the reviews aren’t higher unless people are thinking of the old management/club at this location!

The equipment is always available when I go early in the morning..,never a wait. Clean facility and a non-judgmental group of people who go there to train. Great menu of classes that are included with membership...fun place to work out. Only wish is there were more equipment with fans built in!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Burbank Fitness Club, since 2010, when I became an avid Spin enthusiast. Initially the gym was convenient to where I was living at the time. I've seen the gym go through a variety of changes over the years, some unfortunately not for the better. However. Those days are gone. Since new owner and management took stewardship in 2017 the gym has undergone remarkable changes. A complete renovation has given the facility not only great curb appeal, but better and well maintained equipment. Putting the icing on the cake are some of the long term smiling faces, Amanda White is the one woman powerhouse that keeps many of us coming back. Her dedication to her Spin & Bootcamp enthusiasts is palpable. Her knowledge of body dynamics and exercise modification is superb. Her friendly and charming personality is sincere and a cornerstone of what this Gym means to me and many of us. Additional friendly faces have made their presence known, I can't not end this without mentioning Maria Avilés, another helpful personality and smiling face. Whether you are greeted by her at the reception desk or in a class, she's part of the gyms Army of Stars. Thanks Burbank Fitness Club! You've come a long way.
