Fantastic experience: Both of my young athletes train here. They have a strict formula for "prehab", helping avoid common sports injuries. In addition, I have seen great strides in strength and speed from my kids' consistent involvement. The staff is amazingly friendly and the co-owner, Michelle, goes as far as to call us all by name. You can tell they care. This is not a cattle call, money grab, daycare workout gym like most. They specialize in most all sports and have talented, certified trainers to work with their clients. I can highly recommend!
